So we never even spoke to anyone when we picked the car up. as it was 7 at night when we picked it up. The only thing that was wrong was it was over heating. But when this was brought to their attention the man was very rude and argumentive. Then lied over and over again. We will never use this shop again as they are very unprofessional. If tyour car is broke. You are better off going somewhere else. As they are nothing but a joke of a shop. They break things on purpose on your car so you keep coming back. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay.
