I came here because they were recommended by a co-worker. The first time was fine, but after today I will never go there again. I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change and they said they would be able to give me a shuttle ride to work as long as I got there early. I showed up at 7:30 and waited until 8am. Still no shuttle. Every time I asked they said it would be there soon... Ended up having to take my keys back, drive myself to work, and barely got there in time. Had a horrible experience, brought my vehicle back 5 times in a three week period. Incompetence and a complete disregard for safety will keep me away for good. Jim's left a tire untorqued and could have killed me and my family. I took my vehicle to another shop to have everything checked out and they told me that i had cracked break lines as well. I talked to the owner and aired my concerns. He told me that things happen and that nobodys perfect. He also refused to pay for any repairs. I'm done with Jim's and will not be back again ever and if you value your familys safety you won't either. read more

I agree with previous reviewer, they are honest and trustworthy. Jim's Auto always fixes my cars quickly and right the first time. They never try to talk me into stuff I don't need. Going there for a new set of tires in a couple days because their prices are competitive and they don't try to sell me crap like TPMS rebuild kits and additional tire warranties. read more
