They have a convenient shuttle system so they will drop you off and pick you up if you leave your car with them for the day. I called a couple of days ago asking about tire prices and the employee gave me a very thorough explanation of options. Given that my tire size is somewhat rare, he said he would give me a call the next day to see if he could come up with any additional tire options for me. He followed up the next day, with lots of information, great detailed explanations and his honest recommendations (based on my budget). Tip: call and book your appointment at least two weeks in advance as they fill up quickly!

Bottom line is be careful to bring your car for service at this auto shop in Rochester, MN because they will find a way to charge you more with their "complex but not straight upfront" as simple as engine oil service.
