The scallops were small which should have been my first clue. I made sure the were dry and my Ramsey meter went off an it said these at best are thawed and not the Dry Boat I paid for . Along with this I bought the last slice of Icelandic Flounder I was told it was not frozen, I think they mean now that horrible fish was 24.00 a pound, my suggestion is avoid the fish at this place. As I was cleaning the stove from the mess these wet scallops made a song jumped into my head. Instead of Amore I have edited it to say no Amore for fish .
