In the meantime we have had our carpet ripped up for weeks and are forced to walk around on plywood and our furniture all over the place. Very bad experience, we will never be back.

Upon leaving, we had to have them come back in to redo the baseboards correctly. Linen closet is not level and it is obvious. They blamed us that the floor is not level but put the closet in anyway. Now, we have to dismantle the entire closet ourselves and redo the floor, then put the closet back in. Total paid is $12,000. Absolutely, not worth it!

Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ? When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it. This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for. My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.

Hailey was very helpful the multiple times we met with her and talked us through all of our options and help explained the implications of each decision we were making. She also was very helpful with design ideas and guiding us to choose things that would work together. When we wanted a style or product they didn't have she was able to find it and get it in stock for us. She didn't make us feel rushed and she and the team did a great job installing all the tile and flooring. Hailey was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. Hailey also helped us on pricing when needed and if we were able to find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere she was always willing to price match. Some other people involved in our build would be visibly bothered by late changes or requests, but that was not at all the case with Hailey.
