I have been calling and texting owner John graves for about six weeks with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Have seen a few of my mom's things they took on two auctions. Won't even let me know if there are going to have more suctions or not. Don't do business with this company you will be very sorry! Also bring small children in tow yelling and screaming and running around. I could not even talk business in my moms home because they were so loud. I had to go outside to talk !! And leave them all running around I am still waiting to hear from JOHN GRAVES.

I rushed to mail expedited envelope with Cash money order, contents arrived in a busted up box with several large holes, with almost all contents loose . Couldn't believe some9ne could be so reckless packaging ammunition and reload equipment, They shipped small arms ammo via FedEx which is against policy and they used a single very weak box that clearly wasn't strong enough without ANY internal bracing of contents whatsoever . Beware. I can't purchase these no longer made items . They were extremely careless in packaging and took no responsibility They ignored many messages and calls re. FedEx insurance claim. Then said they'd mail me a check. A week has gone by with no refund for items lost received, nor a return call or text message Extremely unprofessional on their part.

They are timely to meetings and carefully explain details of the sale. In my case, I wanted to clear my house quickly in order to complete repairs and list with a realtor. Their staff is highly efficient and friendly. They take care of collecting, cleaning, pricing, staging, selling, and final clear out. Call them at least a month before you are ready for the sale. The only glitch experienced was that my final proceeds check was lost/misdirected by the USPS. Steve remedied that by issuing a new check and personally delivering it to my new residence.

I paid them $270 supposedly the time included not only pick up up Caring Transitions taking items to their warehouse. That seems like an exhoberent amount to charge for 50 minutes of free items. My husband and I are eighty years old with my husband having Parkinsons, being the reason we are moving and down sizing. I cannot in good conscious reccommend this company. They seemed more interested in their pocket book than helping those in need.

Do NOT go to the Auto Center for ANYTHING on a Sunday afternoon. Good lord - I went in at 3:15 and…read moreordered 4 new tires, plus I wanted one of the old tires to be mounted on the spare tire rim. While I was waiting (and waiting, and waiting..) I met a guy who went to bought a battery at Walmart. He got his car in at 4:15pm. He FINALLY got his car back at 5:55pm -for a BATTERY change. So yah, I FINALLY got my car back at 6:02pm - 2 hours, 47 minutes for 4 tires. The only saving grace was the 2 gentlemen, both associates, who worked the auto center desk. They were conversational and they "felt our pain" as the time ticked by. The Auto Manager, a lady, was there as well but never asked us about our time, our service or for feedback. She probably spent half her time in the office - even if she was working, it was disappointing she didn't ask those of us who'd been there a while how we were doing. The final note of "fun" was the fact when I checked the spare tire, they had just plopped the tire in the back and didn't change it. When i called to ask, I was THEN told - not as I was checking out, but 20 minutes later - the rim for the spare was not the same size as the tire. So - they couldn't tell me that when I checked out, or even better, tell me that when they were spending 2 hours, 45 minutes to put my 4 tires on the car??
