I viewed the property, loved it, and applied. I was told the listing would be removed which it wasn't. I didn't see this as a big deal since I hadn't signed a lease yet. Fast forward to a week later, I have been completely ghosted. I have constantly had to hound the realtors for responses and updates. I was told yesterday I would be sent a lease to sign, but once again I didn't receive it. I reached out to the woman I was working with as well as her partner today, and still no response. This has been such a disappointing experience, bringing me nearly to tears as I wrote this review. I lost out on other properties waiting and waiting for responses from this company and believing their promises.
