Instead of providing helpful answers or taking our concerns seriously, Jennie was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly rude over the phone. She immediately mentioned they had received over 400 texts that day -- seemingly to justify being short with us -- and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence. When I brought up the high energy costs of running such an old, inefficient A/C system, she brushed it off as "normal," and followed up with, "We've had a lot of traffic for this property, so we're not too worried about getting it rented," which made it clear she had no interest in listening or working with us. The entire interaction left us feeling disrespected and disregarded. We were ready to sign the lease, but her attitude was the reason we ultimately walked away. If you're looking to rent from people who are responsive, respectful, and honest -- you may want to look elsewhere.

Everything is automated. Self tour, texting, phone call, you name it. It's extremely important to meet these people in person or at least have a 1 on 1 phone call. I tried calling to set up a meet & of course.. it was automated. Sent me straight to texting & when I asked to get a call, Ms. Jennie responds "I am pretty much 100% by text." Instant red flag, especially considering she had just got off the phone with my fiance that lasted less than 30 seconds because she apparently had a lot of properties to tend to. I found it odd, considering she had time to text but couldn't talk. I took this as my sign to move on as all the reviews here proved to be true. Sad way to do business, when you could get so much further doing things the honest way.

I panicked with the 'problems' found on the inspection and helped as things got fixed. All done. I've been settled for a bit now and meant to write this. I viewed the property, loved it, and applied. I was told the listing would be removed which it wasn't. I didn't see this as a big deal since I hadn't signed a lease yet. Fast forward to a week later, I have been completely ghosted. I have constantly had to hound the realtors for responses and updates. I was told yesterday I would be sent a lease to sign, but once again I didn't receive it. I reached out to the woman I was working with as well as her partner today, and still no response. This has been such a disappointing experience, bringing me nearly to tears as I wrote this review. I lost out on other properties waiting and waiting for responses from this company and believing their promises.
