What impressed me most was that I never had to fight with him or convince him that there was a problem. Greg understood the situation, stayed in communication with me, repeatedly followed up with the HOA and their management company, and kept pushing to get things resolved. Even when the approval process was outside of his control, he stayed involved and kept me updated constantly. He was fair, responsive, and clearly wanted to make the situation right.
