Instead of providing helpful answers or taking our concerns seriously, Jennie was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly rude over the phone. She immediately mentioned they had received over 400 texts that day -- seemingly to justify being short with us -- and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence. When I brought up the high energy costs of running such an old, inefficient A/C system, she brushed it off as "normal," and followed up with, "We've had a lot of traffic for this property, so we're not too worried about getting it rented," which made it clear she had no interest in listening or working with us. The entire interaction left us feeling disrespected and disregarded. We were ready to sign the lease, but her attitude was the reason we ultimately walked away. If you're looking to rent from people who are responsive, respectful, and honest -- you may want to look elsewhere.

I tried calling to set up a meet & of course.. it was automated. Sent me straight to texting & when I asked to get a call, Ms. Jennie responds "I am pretty much 100% by text." Instant red flag, especially considering she had just got off the phone with my fiance that lasted less than 30 seconds because she apparently had a lot of properties to tend to. I found it odd, considering she had time to text but couldn't talk. I took this as my sign to move on as all the reviews here proved to be true. Sad way to do business, when you could get so much further doing things the honest way.
