This place is absolutely a gem of a place to relax and unwind at. Selena, who is the innkeeper at this escape is PHENOMENAL. She will provide you with an experience you will want to come back for again, and again, and again. The seclusion of where the B&B is located is perfectly located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville NC. We would mountain bike/hike in Piscah Forest and then would drive a short distance to Asheville and other nearby towns for dinner. You won't be disappointed. We met some great people while we were there...which is uncommon for us because we're always busy doing our own thing, but it truly was nice to meet other individuals and getting to know them. We've already booked our second visit! Thank you Selena. You and your team are THE BEST! We had such a relaxing, peaceful, and happy visit.

This was a glorious retreat situated in the stunning mountains of NC. Being raised in Greensboro we frequented Boone during the fall foliage seasons, yet never had the pleasure of venturing out of the box hotels. Well what an amazing reprieve this was. We were in Asheville coaching some ladies to victory and were made to feel right at home staying in this amazing setting. Love is present throughout the property and house, with abundant care and attention to the details of each room, item placed inside, and the food served. We were here in August and we didn't get to fulfill the entire dream (thanks pandemic who shall not be named), yet God's blessings shine on everything in that space. Would highly recommend to absolutely anyone for a rejuvenating, peaceful, and generally awesome time. A big appreciative thanks to a perfectly professional and gracious staff that oversees and takes great care!

Short version of this review: do not miss the Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill, if you are traveling to the Asheville, Hendersonville, or the new Sierra Nevada brewery in North Carolina. Tiffany Hill is the Ritz-Carlton of B&Bs. I hesitated for a long time to write a review after our first visit, because I wasn't sure we could do Tiffany Hill justice. Longer review: my wife & I now stayed at Tiffany Hill twice in the past six months (this review is being updated 12/25/14). We have stayed at numerous B&Bs in the U.S. and Europe. We also lived several months at a lovely B&B in Colorado Springs, CO, while relocating two companies from Colorado Springs to San Francisco, CA. In addition, we've been privileged to stay at world-class hotels around the globe during our careers. We've experienced some fine places. The Bed & Breakfast at Tiffany Hill is fully equal to our best overnight experiences anywhere. Given that Tiffany Hill has been open for a full five years, we are amazed there are not more reviews on Yelp! Let us help correct that. The owner, Selena Einwechter, has been rightfully praised in other reviews on Yelp! for extraordinary personal attention. One seldom meets a hospitality professional who is so fully committed to operational perfection, as well as to making great memories for guests. Part of the reason Tiffany Hill succeeds so wonderfully is because Selena designed the inn "from scratch," based on her own vision of what a gracious inn should offer (after having had a international business career that allowed her to travel widely, so she knows gracious service). Clearly, Southern Living Magazine agrees, because the Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill was selected as one of the VERY few properties included in its Southern Living Hotel Collection. Search the web for the Southern Living Hotel Collection and you'll see the exclusive group in which the Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill is included! We stayed in the Mountain Brook Suite, our first visit, which is located in the stand-alone carriage house. A wonderful breakfast is served in the main house, as mentioned by other Yelp! reviewers. But one morning my wife and I also enjoyed a private breakfast served in our suite to celebrate her birthday. (By the way, we think this service, by the way, is only available to guests in the two carriage house rooms, which are a short distance from the main house.) The carriage house is lovely and the views from the outdoor deck of Mountain Brook are wonderful, but don't hesitate to book one of the rooms in the main house. We stayed in the Madison Suite for Christmas 2014. It was cozy and met our needs perfectly, but all the rooms are lovely. The Beaufort Suite is especially charming (and suitable for a couple with two children). The Charlottesville Suite is large and very dramatic with its dark, four-poster bed and fireplace. We want to stay in the Seaside Suite next time, for its ground floor location, calming colors, and walk-in shower (this room also would accommodate guests physically challenged by stairs or tubs and shower enclosures). Each location where you or I stay overnight offers unique pleasures. To say Tiffany Hill is "fully equal to our best overnight experiences anywhere" is not to say its "just like" staying the Carlton in NYC, or Hotel Krone along the Rhine in Assmannshausen, or Swissôtel Bosphorus in Istanbul. You'll be coming to Asheville or to Hendersonville County, NC, for their unique attributes, just as you'll come to Tiffany Hill for its unique attributes. But if you are traveling to Western North Carolina for ANY reason, don't miss the Bed & Breakfast at Tiffany Hill. You'll be pampered beyond belief, and will leave refreshed, relaxed, and eager to visit again.

We had the best time here. We stayed for two nights - the staff is incredibly welcoming and went through great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. While quant, there are all modern amenities. Every room in the house is beautiful. The view is perfect. Breakfast each morning is a three course meal - fruit, a main dish and a dessert - we had omelets and creme brûlée french toast - both were excellent. The B&B is a 30 min drive from Pisgah National Park and The Biltmore in the opposite direction. The staff helped us plan what to do each day and made excellent suggestions on where to eat. We definitely want to come back!

    Wonderful rooms.

One of the best bed and breakfast we have visited in the last 20 years. It is spotless, peaceful, and a place you need to visit. Serena has put her heart into this dream and it shows!!!!

But everything else was a solid 3. Nothing wrong with it at all... But, I was underwhelmed based on my previous experiences. When we checked in, the host was fine. The room was fine. The bathroom did leave some things to be desired. There was not a good place to put your toiletries. We also had to climb into a very deep bathtub to get to the shower... If you are clumsy, like me, you may walk away with a couple of bruises. The house itself was very pretty, and was decorated in a manner appropriate for the property. I would've liked to seen some warm blanket to sit out on the patio with, board games, or puzzles to pass the time. There was only one sofa, and it was not in a cozy little nook where you would want to hang out. The food was fine. The menu is heavy on carbs and sweet breakfast treats. They were executed well enough. But there was not any particular breakfast that knocked my socks off. Again it was fine. The location was very convenient to downtown Asheville. It would be a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk to downtown Asheville. This bed-and-breakfast did not appear to be owned and operated by the hosts, rather an absentee corporation or business. I think that made the difference. Everything was fine, but it didn't have that touch of home that you expect when you stay at a bed and breakfast. For example, when we wanted to use the television, and needed some assistance, when we called the number that was left, the call was blocked. On a whim , we texted Fortunately, they responded right away. But ultimately, after 6 PM you are on your own in terms of staffing. Overall, I can recommend Beaufort House, but I think next time I will try something different.

However, I was expecting this to be a special and elegant experience and it was not. When we arrived during the specific check in time the door was locked and no one was in the front office. It turns out they were showing someone else to their room but we didn't know that. We just stood out on the porch not knowing what to do until someone finally came to the door. There's no reason they couldn't have the front door unlocked during the limited window of check in time. The person who showed us around said there would be "heavy continental breakfast ". However, it turned out the breakfast was probably the very absolute minimum they could provide and still call it breakfast. It was very disappointing. If I'm not mistaken it was only available from 8:30 until 9:30 or something very limited like that. Finally, there was no lotion in our bathroom, only shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. I would stay there again but I would have to weigh the options of amenities and prices of other hotels. A regular mid price hotel has more amenities than what was offered when we stayed.

The Inn is perfectly located, just a short walk and even shorter drive/uber to downtown. The room we stayed in was adorable and super comfy. We loved the furnishings, soft sheets and towels on the bed, etc. But, the in-room gas fireplace was by far my favorite amenity -- I found myself not even wanting to venture out but rather sit in the room warming my feet by the fire. (Don't worry though, we went out!) Throughout our stay, it was fun to discover all the hidden treats in the common areas. There were homemade cookies and chocolate in every nook and cranny of the place! Breakfast was amazing and prepared fresh each morning. It was such a great experience that I would recommend traveling to Hendersonville just to stay at the Elizabeth Leigh and eat at the restaurants on Main St. It's a very relaxing and classy small town. Main St. is a short 10 minute walk from the inn. When I walked into the inn, I was blown away by the elegant antique decor. The pictures online just don't do it justice. I stayed in the Blue Room. It had a large comfortable bed, two chairs, loveseat, wardrobe, and a few other various decor items. All the colors and patterns went together flawlessly. The bathroom was incredible. It had gold and white accents, but still went really well with the blue theme. There were plenty of fresh high quality thick white towels neatly rolled in a basket. The shower had an adjustable head. Water stayed warm the whole time despite showering at the same time as other guests. Breakfast was southern, filling, elegantly served, and tasted amazing. The first breakfast was eggs, bacon, and thick French toast. The next was a cream cheese, berries, and French toast casserole or 'hot dish' depending on where you're from. There was complimentary bottled water, wine, ice cream, homemade white chocolate macadamia cookies, homemade pound cake (which was wonderful), and beer. Now possibly the most enjoyable part, the rest of the property. The inn has a wraparound porch with big white rocking chairs that overlook the yard and the little street in front of the house. The backyard has a fountain, swing in front of a little waterfall pond, and corner area with seating. There are multiple places to have private conversations with your loved one(s). If you get the opportunity, getting to know the owner Cindy and her husband Mike will be the best part of your stay. The inn is an expression of Cindy and her dream to give guests a relaxing, but high quality environment to experience genuine southern hospitality in the gorgeous mountains of western North Carolina.

During our trip to Asheville we wanted to experience the city but also have cabin time. Wildberry lodge provided us with the most relaxing and comfortable experience we could ever ask for. Wild berry is definitely a way to get out of the city and just enjoy the quietness of nature (without going too far of course!) The drive itself is around 25-30 mins from downtown Asheville - there are several ways to get here but the new foundland road was probably the best route. It's easy to stay in the cabin and go enjoy yourself in the city during the day or evening. Ken and Glenda were very hands off and so friendly - if you have questions on where to go or what to do they can accommodate everything! The main cabin has multiple rooms - gooseberry and some other room options. This is where you check in, get breakfast, game room, sit on the deck, coffee/cider bar and chit chat with other guests if your heart desires. The best part of our stay was Glenda's breakfasts! Her recipes were featured in an Asheville bed and breakfast recipe book! We signed up for a bfast time the day prior (anywhere from 8am-930am) and she is usually ready whenever we get there! Our first breakfast included - garden frittata, bacon, homemade English muffin, rosemary roasted potatoes and to finish it off - poached pear. Our second breakfast included pumpkin pecan pancakes, cranberry/apple chutney and sausages and ended it with a mixed berry cobbler. Everything was superb and very filling! We stayed in the honey moon suite to get the full cabin - on our own - experience and it was gorgeous! The bed is super comfy, everything was clean and up to date. It was almost like glamping! Only downside to our visit was the drive at night can be a bit scary if you are not use to driving on mountains. One of the first nights it was raining so it was slightly difficult coming back to the cabin from downtown Asheville. Just make sure you have a car and drive safely! After the initial drive you will get use to it and it should be easier' Other than that - this is a place worth splurging on and visiting!' Thanks Ken and Glenda!!
