He bends over backwards to give me quality service at a fair price. I bought a vacuum he recommended 18 months ago and then moved to Seattle, Washington, six months ago. I was having a problem with my power head, and took it to a local vacuum repair shop in Seattle that was highly recommended by people in Yelp reviews. It was a terrible experience (he actually damaged my motor and didn't repair the original problem). With Dale's advice, I shipped it back to Maine. Dale fixed it the same day he received it and immediately sent it back to me. The shipping time and repair by Dale was less than a week (and less time than it spent in the Seattle repair shop). Not only did he fix the problems but he also covered it under the two year warranty. Dale is a man with integrity who will keep your best interest in mind when repairing your machines.

Since I wanted to ensure they were fresh flowers, delivered in a vase, to arrive on the day of his surgery, I decided to order in advance directly from a local florist versus the 1-800 online option. I found Augusta Florist and ordered on their website. Unfortunately for my coworker, the surgery got postponed, TWICE! Fortunately for me, I ordered directly from Augusta Florist and was able to call them both times and request a cancelation. They refunded me the entire amount both times, without hesitation! The third surgery date actually happened! My coworker got his surgery! But I forgot to order the flowers!! I had been so busy/caught up with work that it just slipped my mind. The day I realized it (this past Monday), I went online and ordered right away. If you order by 1pm, Augusta Florist can deliver same day. I submitted the order shortly after 11am and just before 1pm, he messaged me saying the flowers had arrived! WOW talk about fast service. Their selection of products can be overwhelming and its convenient this is a location with a grocery section. Their prices are reasonable on many products including K-cups for those that need that morning coffee. There is plenty of check stands and a very convenient self-checkout section which has cloth bags for 5 cents to carry your items out with. Target is the first retailer to offer a reusable cloth bag for 5 cents. If you ask me, the marketing aspect of a cloth bag for that price is genius and I used the bag in other stores as well. I am not sure of the experience other customers had, but the bathrooms during my visit were clean and well kept. The store overall is clean which can sometimes be challenging for a store of their size. The only part I didn't like is how they setup the parking lot as it seems like a maze to get from the road to a parking spot, but I won't remove a star for a poorly laid out parking lot. They deserve the five stars for this review.

During demolition, when they removed the countertop, they gouged my new stainless steel, dishwasher control cover. They agreed to replace it. I called several times looking for updates. Josh never called me to let me know what was going on, after waiting over 7 months; they did install a new control cover. 2. 1 of my cabinet doors was damaged, probably from shipping, which they knew, but didn't say anything until I called them. After waiting many months, new doors were installed. 3. 7 cabinet doors that had to be patched after the handles were installed. They were fixed, some barely satisfactory. 2 doors need to be redone; they did agree to re-patch it again. Still waiting. 4. My wall microwave was not level. They did fix this. 5. I had a chip on 1 of the cabinets, that they touched up. The color does not match. I feel this is unsatisfactory, and they just give excuses, they are not going to fix this. 6. Factory defect on the base of 1 of the cabinets. They did agree to take care of this. Still waiting. 7. The cabinets/spacers around the dishwasher was unacceptable. They have fixed this. 8. I feel that they did not measure my cabinets appropriately because, the upper and base cabinets are not parallel. I have a 3" spacer and 2 inches free on the wall on the top. The, next size up from 1 of my smaller cabinets, would have made this perfect. They gave me an excuse, and not willing to work with me to fix this. 9. The epoxy that holds the dishwasher to the countertop detached. This did not even last a year. They agreed to add epoxy again, still waiting. When opening and closing the door it is rubbing against the cabinet causing damage. 10. A piece of the toekick detached. Did not last a year. They did agree to attach the toekick. Still waiting. Josh and Paul came to my house in May of 2020 to assess my issues. Paul came over again in the summer to make a list of the issues. I called before Thanksgiving and Josh told me, they can't do it this week, maybe the week after that. I called the 1st week of January 2021 and Josh said he will put me on the list, it has been almost a month and they have not fixed these issues. I live 2 minutes from their business, I can see their building from my house. There is no reason why they cannot take an hour to fix 4 issues. Every story has 2 sides, but pictures show the truth. As you can see, I have gone through a lot and none of this is my fault. I am very disappointed and very frustrated with this company. I would not recommend them; therefore, I give them 1 star. On a positive note, Surface Creations of Maine, who measured and installed my quartz countertop, did an awesome job with no issues.

Josh was committed to designing a kitchen that was exactly what I wanted, made any changes along the way and ensured he found a cabinet finish that worked for my vision - not an easy feat! Paul is a talented installer and carpenter, he was able to work with ceilings and walls that are far from level and deliver a seamless installation, with cabinets going to the ceiling. You would never know my ceiling wasn't level given his flawless craftsmanship. I know it took a lot of work and he made it seem easy. Installation was fast, and the time from installation of cabinets to installation of countertops was only 2 short weeks!
