Normally I don't shop here often. Years ago I bought a bougie trash can here and I must say it has held up beautifully. I like step-on trash cans and this is one that lasts. I use to have to buy them about once a year when I bought the cheaper ones. But the trash can liners are weird sized and I've been buying them here and they cost about 37¢ a piece. Confession time - December 22nd..... I started my Christmas shopping for the year. (I have a medical excuse for the delay this year!) So as I hurriedly thought of gift ideas and got ideas from my loved ones, I knew BB&B would be the place to go! I grabbed my gallon sized bag of coupons, took a deeeeeep breath, and headed out the door. I expected a disheveled store as it was toward the end of the day, but i was very impressed with the order and cleanliness of the store. I quickly found what i was looking for, in fact, a little too quickly.... sooooo... that meant i I had some time to look around for more things. I love the section of china and fine dining. They have everything from Kate Spade to Spode to Lennox to many other desirable goods. The staff made sure to let me know they were there for any questions or needed assistance. I found a couple of items that I had been searching for at other big box stores and could not find, and decided I should head out before I shopped only for me! When i walked in, the check out line was wrapped around a corner, but they made some additional counters available, and by the time I was ready, there were only two customers ahead of me. You never know what sort of mood a store employee will be in during the Christmas rush, but the man who worked my transaction was so friendly, pleasant, and had a conversation with me as I paid. He could ave just done the job and let me be, but he individualized our conversation. Oh, and coupons, you can still use as many as you want. So my bag got a little lighter that trip, though I'm sure in the next weeks, I'll receive more to replace them and add them to my stash! read more

I love this location because they always have the Nivea lip moisturizer that I can't find anywhere else. It's the only type of chapstick use. I'm so bummed this company is closing all the physical stores but they must be having some really good sales because today was the first day I've ever seen empty shelves. I love this place!!! They have almost everything you can want for your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. And everything is arranged by sections to make it easy to find things. It's a great place to register for your wedding. They even have a gift wrapping station that lets you wrap your gifts for free! I just went in and bought a few things for my sister for her wedding. The salesperson was extremely nice and helpful in helping me find some things off her registry. The prices aren't too bad either. read more

You probably get their 20% off coupons in the mail all the time. Are you using 'em? Ahhhh, I wish I could go in there as often as I get those coupons. I want probably 75% of everything that is sold in this store. Almost each time I come to Bed Bath & Beyond, I feel like a kid in a candy store. Yes, I want that, that, that and that. From linens to kitchenware, I am in heaven here. The absolute best part is when I find sales. Their sales are wonderful and I can get even more stuff. When stores are as organized as this one, it makes the shopping experience a whole lot better. Whenever I have a wedding present to buy, this is my first stop. Most couples are registered here, plus they have a DIY gift wrap station that makes things easy-peasy. If you are a fan of "As Seen On TV" products, you will find a plethora of them here. Recently I found one of my skillets here that are just one of those products. It was fairly inexpensive, so I bought it and it has impressed me thus far. You'll find this store nestled in between the Lowe's and TJ Max, across the way from Sam's Club. There is plenty of parking, too. Customer service has always been wonderful and I have never had any issues with anyone here, so there is absolutely no reason for me to give this anything less than a 5-star rating. I buy pillows and obviously bath stuff here. This location is unique in that it has a makeup section. They even have the good stuff like clinique. I like the demask brand hotel type sheets. They also have everything as seen on TV. read more

Very bad experience. No one in the store asked me for help as I walked around searching for a fan. A woman named Cindy in particular watched me struggle to find what I was searching for a few minutes then as soon as an old white couple walked up behind me she was quick to ask then what they needed within seconds. read more

Wonderful shopping trip. Employees were very helpful. I was shopping for a comfort set. My king size bed is new. I need to match the colors I already have. Slate gray, blue gray, not to dark, not to light. I'll know the color and pattern when I see it. Needless to say I'm the only one that would know THE color. They were great at pointing out possibilities. Enjoyed the adventure. The comforter and I are living happily every after. Love the variety of items the store carries. Went here recently to get a Keurig reusable K-cup. I knew they had them because it's where I've bought my K-cups previously, but now I've decided to stop wasting plastic and use the coffee grounds in my compost pile, so BBB was where I went! I used a 20% off coupon, which was probably expired but they always honor them, regardless. BBB is where a lot of friends have registered for weddings, and it's where I will usually start when looking for cooking utensils. We've bought towels there before and they hold up very well. Recently they were shut down at the Siegen Lane location for months and just reopened. They now have an area for toiletries where they previously did not. They carry a large selection and I spent many more minutes browsing than I had intended! Everyone is always helpful and friendly and the store is clean, never had a bad experience, although sometimes the lines can be a tad long, depending on time of day! read more

Annalise the manager here is very rude and unprofessional. We walked in for a return and didn't have all the shattered pieces of a piece of ceramic plate because it was a hazard for cutting someone holding it. So Annalise comes over rolls her eyes and very rudely says you have to have all the pieces for a return. So now I am going to have to dig out all the pieces out of the trash and hand the smelly stuff back to her. I will not be returning to this store in the future for poor, rude, service. We also brought in a mug we got that was chipped and I saw her talk to an employee behind the register and complain and roll her eyes. We registered for nice place settings not chipped up place settings. It's the customer decision if you want to return no matter the damage. I would love to talk to her boss and see her get reprimanded it is your choice if you want to be in customer service. I have been a manager before and if my employee ever acted like she did I would have a sit down with her and tell her it's always the customer first don't show your emotions if you are unhappy at work. read more
