The whole time we were there looking nobody was there to help us. When we found what we wanted there was still nobody to help us. We waited a few more minutes, called Lowe's to tell them to please send somebody to help us and the phone rang about 20 times and nobody answered. We left. We went to STINES in Walker and were immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable man. He answered so many questions we had. We bought our washer and immediately took it home and set it up. Lowe's use to be our "go to" but I think after Saturday we will start using Stines. They are a lot closer to us anyway. I'm sure Lowe's couldn't care less about my experience but I wanted to let others know how badly Lowe's has gone down in the last year or so.

Called on Monday and was told by the associate that I was too late by policy, but that I could bring it back and ask to speak to a manager. I loaded the thing up and drove 30 minutes to the store to be told sorry we can't take it back! When I called on Monday I actually thought they would bring me a new one and swap it out...what a foolish thing to think. Now I am stuck with a broken, brand new dryer and the personal responsibility to try to get the manufacturer to make it right. The only reason I bought it from them was because it was available for me to take and use immediately, now who knows how long it will take to get this new dryer to work. Actually I don't want this one anymore, I want my money back so I can buy a good machine from a decent company that stands by the products they sell.

Baton Rouge Cargo service has been telling my husband and me that our boxes aren't even there for about a month. Now, they want to charge us $25/ day for storage space... It took us $300 to send three giant boxes from Central America to BR. Baton Rouge Cargo wants to charge us almost $600 in storage fees. Un-ethical. Its a wonder they're still in business with so many other businesses that are interested in Corporate Social Responsibility. What a mistake.

When I got the new cut piece it was six inches off from what I told them. Any way I gave several more attempts, where they often couldn't or wouldn't help me. Today I went back to buy and have more plywood cut and I waited a solid 20 minutes to get help at the saw which never arrived (even after asking the service twice). At which point I gave up and asked for a refund everything. Refunds seem to be the only thing they can actually do right. If you value your time, money, or even halfway customer service I would go anywhere else.
