Took 8 days for them to refund. I would never recommend this company.

The mattress was entirely soft in the middle, and folded us up like a taco during the night. When I explained this defect to the salesmen at the store, they initially claimed that I would have to wait 30 days to make a return and then finally attempted to claim that their store offered no refunds. Based on this, I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. This business is simply NOT worth the hassle…read more On top of being a bit overpriced in relation to the quality: Dealing with delivery from these people has been an absolute CIRCUS!!! First, we were supposed to have two sets of furniture (bed, dresser and cabinet for the Master bedroom, and a bed & desk for the son's room) arrive on the same day, but only the son's furniture ended up being on the mover's truck on delivery-day. So instead of waiting, we refunded the Master bedroom furniture over the phone to show our dissatisfaction. Second, we ended up having to return the desk because it was too big, so we scheduled for a return to get it picked up. The agent gave us a timeframe for the day of pickup, saying they would arrive sometime between 2:45 to 5:45. On the day of pickup, we decided to go out window-shopping and be back home after 2, within plenty of time to wait for the movers. We got home around 2:15. Well, turns out, we come home to a notice on our doorknoob saying that they'd already came and waited between 1:53 to 2:08. So NOW we have to reschedule after already waiting for over a week to come take away this oversized furniture, all because their movers can't seem to make heads or tails of a freaking TIME TABLE!!! We are firmly NEVER doing business with Ashley's ever again, and we urge you to do the same.
