After talking to him and explaining my time limit and everything, he said he could do it so I hired him on the spot. Our projected start date was originally June 1st, but didn't start until June 12th due to change orders at other jobs they were busy with. Ryan was the lead on my project and they were a pleasure to work with. In the end we had a mishap with Lowes and a couple of things that Mike came out and fixed, but in the end we got our beautiful little bathroom remodel, I've referred Damian's info to a few people, and would definitely work with Damian, Ryan, Mike, and again.

His guys cut thru electrical wires and had to break open all the walls to get the counters to fit. The seams are terrible and not complete. They tried to repair the chips but they look terrible as well. I'd stay far away from these guys. Very lousy installation and cheap work. Owner is very hard to reach on the phone. Very poor communication and no customer service.

Sorry, the first sign of trouble is when they demand full payment before the install. Then, the evening before the install, scheduled for the 4/10, they call and say they need the stove top for an accurate measurement but that will delay it until Saturday the 11th. They did show up and this is when we found out it was too short. They installed 2 of the 4 counters but had to take the other 2 back to the shop with them. I called on the 13th and they said it would be ready by the 17th. I called on the 17th and was told it would not be ready until the 20th. Again, they did not show up on the 20th. Finally, they showed up on the 21st and installed the counter. So, on the 11th they tore out the existing counters/sink/stove and now it is 10 days with no kitchen. Throughout this time all the communication was one way. Me, calling them to find out what the hell was going on. Now they were always polite, "Oh we will work with you" More BS. There was no sense of customer satisfaction for our inconvenience of missing work and having to arrange multiple people's schedule to accommodate them. I also asked for some reimbursement for the pain and suffering and was told we don't do that. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT, as you will just get the runaround.

My issues were with the contractor that was suggested. After a year several of the cabinets loosened up. I had another contractor check it out and he discovered the cabinets had short less than 1/2" screws holding the lazy susan and other cabinets which broke away and also many of the other cabinets loosened. I did not call Iris due to the fact it was installed improperly and that was my choice for contractors not her fault. So just make sure you watch who you hire to install. I ended up purchasing an item; hence, the reason I am writing this review. WHAT (type of store) -- Magically Found is a quirky shop filled with random items such as candles, cards, tea cups, etc. The owner was super friendly during my visit. She explained that this shop has what a grandmother living in an English cottage would keep at her house. ITEMS -- The owner explained this to be a witchy store hence the name "Magic" is in the store name. I am not into witch things neither do I believe in that but the store has many other items to buy. They sell matches, candles, candle stick holders, tea cups, and other random items. I bought a little square container ($9) that has a strawberry shaped top/cover. It can be used for anything such as to put earrings in or even cubed sugar. I still haven't decided what I'll use mine for but it is in my kitchen for now. I never knew this store existed in Lakewood but I'm glad to have stopped by. I've now shopped here multiple times and am always impressed by the thoughtful selections she so expertly curates. Whether you need a gift, want to buy yourself something, or just want your vibrations raised, this is the place to go. The store is just a feast for your eyes. It has a strong Practical Magic flare to it (and you may even hear its magical soundtrack playing). Dried herbs and flowers hang from the ceiling, taper candles are nestled into the most unsuspecting corners, and vintage wares are everywhere to be discovered. Rebecca self-describes her shop as "Eclectic Granny Decor, Cottage Witch Vibes" according to Instagram. As I type this, I have a taper candle made with dried flowers burning inside of a vintage owl holder. I love this shop and could truly buy everything in here. Rebecca is so creative and makes a number of the store products and is always putting together speciality boxes (think Taylor Swift themed, etc.). Come and visit this enchanting store when you really have the time to wade through it and soak it all in. I promise you'll fall in love! Easy metered parking is outside.
