I can't believe that I haven't reviewed this store yet. When I first moved in Cleveland in August 2017, I visited Bed Bath & Beyond a lot to browse and shop at little for my new apartment. My roommate and I back then ended up buying some curtains which I believe was from this store. This store has a TON of different things for your house such as bedsheets, lamps, kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, etc. If you happen to be hungry as you checkout, they sell snacks and sweets (candy) at the checkout lane. Recently, I visited in September 2019 to buy a new duvet cover and sheets for my bed. The whole set costs about $60 and it came with pillow covers and a decorative pillow. The store associates have always been helpful whenever I've had a question. Our order was thru bedbathandbeyond.com, but this is your sign to never order large furniture that you can't lift yourself through this company. Since our couch order was heavy, we opted for 'room of choice' as our delivery option, which included the delivery team carrying the couch up a max of 2 flights of stairs. This was needed by us because we're on the 3rd floor of an apartment that doesn't have elevators. On the day of delivery, the 3rd party delivery service that's contracted with BB&B sends us something with fine print that states they only carry orders over the threshold of the building, and leave it there. When we ask to maintain the service we paid for, our delivery was cancelled, pending working it out with BB&B customer service. Next, customer service repeatedly tries to tell us we requested something outside the listed terms of 'room of choice' delivery, thinking we were asking them to go up more than two flights of stairs. Once they finally understood we didn't ask for anything that wasn't included in that delivery option, tmhey told us they would refund the extra money for the delivery option we paid for, but it was up to us to take the couch up the stairs. When we told them that was unacceptable and wanted a refund, they initially claimed it would be labeled "buyers remorse" and we'd be charged anywhere between $100-695, which would be 50% of the total price. After standing up for ourselves and pointing out that this was false advertising, (we were denied a service that was included in what we paid for), they eventually granted us a full refund, after weeks of arguing back and forth. What a nightmare. The company never took any responsibility in the process for contracting with a company that refused to meet a service they advertised, nor did they attempt to find another delivery service that could accommodate. Pathetic customer service, they lost a customer for life. Don't order online with them! read more

Nice store with lots of merchandise. I missed the stuff in the aisle and all the clearance racks, tho there was a clearance area. Store was neat. Masks and social distancing was evident. Manager was available to talk to if needed. read more

Let's be clear here... 1) I think this may be the 3rd time total I've ever been in a BB&B 2) I'm hardly ever impressed by the service at big box stores, but this store surprised me. One of my very best friends in the world is getting married this summer and I got to experience my first bridal registry shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond. I must admit I was expecting a horrid experience here, but my socks were knocked-off with their customer service and speed. And now, I must say that I think registries should be put in place for every party (even birthdays). They make it much easier to shop and get the right gifts! I typically walk through stores in completely indecisive despair, triple thinking everything I pick out for a possible present... so registries are my new fav thing. I'm serious. I was in, out and done in less than 10 minutes flat. I was a little sneaky when I came in and went straight for the customer service counter since I saw there was a longer line at the registry. I knew I'd need some help navigating this mammoth store. All the gifts were printed, shown to me and I was able to pick which one I wanted. Then the staff member took me right over to the gift, picked it up, rang it out and gift wrapped it for me. I left feeling a little guilty... like getting this gift was way too easy to get and it should have taken me more time and/or effort. But secretly loved it anyways. So yeah, I'd rather shop locally, but sometimes you don't have a choice. And then even more rarely, you'll be surprised by the efficiency of a big-box chain. Go figure.... read more

Had a great experience at Bed Bath and Beyond today. I bought a comforter a few weeks back. Went to wash it today. Pulled it out of the washer and it was torn up! Ugh. I didn't have the receipt, so I figured I could exchange it. The employee I dealt with was so friendly. She actually explained she could refund my $100 if I had the original receipt. So stoked!! They have such a awesome return policy and really helped me out. Usually when I cruise around the store, employees will come up to me and ask if I need help. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I could get lost in the store looking at all the items. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because some things are a little pricey. read more

Super passive aggressive manager and staff that basically followed us around the store and kept radioing back and forth on their walkie talkies. It was really odd. The store was completely empty and a disheveled disaster. Not at all a good retail experience. They also recently changed their return policy which is now worse than target/Kohl's/etc. No reason to really shop here anymore, we won't be back. read more

BBB is the type of store that you cannot go to without buying something- whether you planned to or not. They have just about anything you can find for your home here. I have been to other BBB stores, but this one has the best customer service and the friendliest staff. Anytime I have had an issue with a product or a return, they have been nothing but helpful. Another of my favorite stores I can get lost in for a few hours. There is always something there that I haven't seen before. I have bought many things from there already. I love that they accept their expired coupons because I save them all the time. They have wonderful tart warmers and candle decor. They have a wonderful variety of bed sets and you have to always check out their scratch and dent. I have found some great deals there too. read more

Of the various BB&B stores I have been in the employees in this one seem to be the most helpful. I have called this store when I am missing a part to something I bought and they have had it waiting at the register for me (even if I didn't originally buy it at this specific store location). The have a huge selection of KCup coffee which is why I am in here most often. And when someone wants a kitchen gadget (and since there isn't a Sur la Table nearby) this store usually has what I need with several options to pick from no less. There is usually an employee to be found within the first main isle to direct you to the part of the store you need to go to and on several occasions I have been walked by someone to the section I needed something in. The store in general has seemed to relax their coupon policy now taking multiple coupons per checkout and letting you pick off which item you want the discount to be taken. read more
