He's very rude on the phone and even hung up on me while talking to him. His installation is terrible. His guys cut thru electrical wires and had to break open all the walls to get the counters to fit. The seams are terrible and not complete. They tried to repair the chips but they look terrible as well. I'd stay far away from these guys. Very lousy installation and cheap work. Owner is very hard to reach on the phone. Very poor communication and no customer service.

My issues were with the contractor that was suggested. After a year several of the cabinets loosened up. I had another contractor check it out and he discovered the cabinets had short less than 1/2" screws holding the lazy susan and other cabinets which broke away and also many of the other cabinets loosened. I did not call Iris due to the fact it was installed improperly and that was my choice for contractors not her fault. So just make sure you watch who you hire to install.
