When I walked in they had several pieces of slab remnants to pick from and I quickly and easily picked one that met my requirement and taste. I called the business and told them that I was going to purchase from them. The owner came to take measurements and my sink. Three weeks after that I got a call with a date they were coming to install my countertop. When they came they actually built a template out of wood and took that template out to my driveway and cut the piece of granite right there! They installed my undermount sink but they also have some available to purchase at a great price. They are available in bisque and white in rectangular and round I believe. The husband and wife team did all of the work themselves and they were amazing! They are from Romania and they were wonderful to talk to and I got great travel advice for a future trip there! I would absolutely give them my business again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have granite countertops installed.

The selection was incredible. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with us. They even made suggestions, but they were not rude about it. We found everything we needed at Kelly's. Since the boxes that held the rock were broken upon us making arrangements for pick up, Kelly's offered to deliver our supplies to our house with no additional cost to us. I stopped in and worked with Shelly who seems to take care of nearly everything at the store. She was helpful, providing me with a lot of information and encouraging me to take samples home with me to see how they'd look in the rooms. I came back a few days later and placed my order. Shelly was not in at the time but called me the very next morning to process the order. When I wasn't able to speak because I was in a meeting, she texted with me to ensure that the order was placed ASAP. I ordered the carpet on a Friday and it was installed the following Wednesday. The installer was professional and patient, answering my millions of questions. I would definitely recommend Permanent Floors Carpet One and would purchase from them again without hesitation!

I work in a small home office and we needed the first floor of our carpet replaced before a big out…read moreof town client was due to visit and this work needed to be done very quickly. All was well at first. They came out right away and quoted me at $2500 and ensured that if I placed the order now they would have plenty of time to receive and install the carpet before our big visit. Once I agreed and they charged my card the down payment, I get a phone call almost a week later telling me that their distributor mis-quoted and that the new price is $3300. I was upset because I felt like this was a bait and switch since they knew I was in a bind, plus I didn't see how it was our fault that they didn't get their numbers correct. If our business misquoted our clients you better believe we would be eating that cost. However, we eventually negotiated to split the increase and he ensured me that all was well with our deadline. Two days before they are scheduled to install, four days before my deadline, they tell me that they can't get the carpet in time even though UPS offers NDA and Saturday delivery. They threw their distributor under the bus yet refused to let me contact them to see if I could get the carpet shipped direct through our UPS account. They were completely unwilling to work with me on installing another day and gave me no other options. I could tell that they didn't want to do the work due to their previous mistakes making the job less profitable for them. I understand that to a point, but as a I now have to explain to my boss why the carpet is not being replaced it's my ass on the line. Bottom Line: Shady business practices that will leave you in the lurch.
