They are in the process of totally remodeling this store. Some departments have already been moved around. If you've been here before, you may have to ask where things are. We did and a very helpful gal actually walked us over to the area. That was a first. There were not many shoppers when we stopped by mid-day midweek. That was fine with us as we could browse leisurely. As it turns out, this store just added a health and beauty section. I didn't realize the different stores had different stock. We were told that Boca and Aventura have cosmetics, still, as they've always had them. But meanwhile, I was able to find one product there that I'd had to special order online only from another store. So I was happy. We came here to get another digital bathroom scale like the one we'd purchased before. We were lucky in that they had the same brand (even at the same low price). Another successful buy. We walked around the store --even though we had found what we came for -- checking out all the clearance sections. I guess with the reorganization they are getting rid of some old stuff, certain brands, etc. And I figured it didn't hurt to get in some steps for the day. The store is clean and organized by sections. Some things are pricey and something are very well priced. It varies and it helps to know in advance what the average range is; however, the quality of most items seemed better than your usual discount store. We were in the area to go to the Doris' Market in the same plaza. And should we need something similar, we'd combine trips in the future, as well. read more

I ordered the brown towel set for $91.47. It was delivered quickly, but it was not Brown. I don't know what this color is they sent me, but it is terrible. They feel and look cheap. The return.- I couldn't find any place to print the return label in the instructions so I had to call. A very nice and helpful woman named Armida helped me. This review has nothing to do with her just the product. Then I had to pay $15.33 for a label, I was told it was a "label fee". That's almost 17%, yeah. I guess it cost that much to print a label. Now I have to find a box to fit 18 towels into and take it to a UPS store. I'm just hoping that UPS does not charge me a fee. From now on, I'm sticking with Amazon. They don't charge me anything, I don't need a box as I can just take the product and leave it at the designated place. Super simple. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond is an overwhelming place. It is huge and packed to the guilds with anything and everything you can imagine for the home. I have been here a few times looking for different things. I always need help finding them. They do have a lot of people on the floor for this purpose. I also Ike the fact that I can use multiple coupons and they price match. (They don't accept coupons for matched items) It is conveniently located in Coral Springs next to a Fresh Market and Marshals. Great place to shop and browse to your heat's content. read more

I didn't buy anything in this store today, but I found it necessary to review it seeing low rating on Yelp that I felt it didn't give it any justice. This store is currently going thru renovation, but everything is neatly organized and displayed. I was politely asked twice if i needed any assistance while i was roaming around by lady employee that was otherwise pretty busy already helping someone else. The only surprise (that had nothing to do with store itself) was very unattractive exterior paint that just doesn't suit to this particular store type. read more

It only has 2.5 stars because their customer service is horrible. I went in to buy sheets and towels. I picked items that were on sale ( which still would've amounted up to $400.00) when the sales prices were not popping up I asked why. The rude salesperson copped an attitude and the manager was just as bad. I left with No items and bought the all from Home goods!! Just went shopping at bed Bath and beyond in Coral Springs, the store is redone and it looks really nice. The shelves are stocked OK and they're having some sales. I get up to the front to check out and I am in the process of pulling up my 20% coupons and the cashier seems to be a bit impatient. She was speaking to me as though I was stupid and did I did not know how to open up my emails. I felt rushed I felt uncomfortable and I felt the customer service they are at your store needs to be taught how to respect our customers time and space when they are at the register to check out. The store's re-location of items is confusing and makes no sense. Not enough of employees so there is no one to help. Store is not well stocked for essential items like trash bags and mask/social distancing is not enforced for customers. read more

Can I make this zero stars? I'll give it one for the two people who asked me if I was looking for something. I filled my cart and got in line and stood there. While I was in the line many people got into the other line at customer service like where you do a return. So after I stood forever in my line, the cashier who was obviously having a hard time doing her job said "the line go there" and pointed to the other line. she could have told me that much sooner rather than have me stand there allowing so many others to get served ahead of me while I waited patiently. Moral of the story: shop elsewhere. They do these coupons but otherwise everything is rather over priced and they are understaffed. I left my basket of goods. I'll go somewhere else where they actually care. read more

If you have someone difficult to buy for you can most likely find them something here. Finishing up my Christmas list brought me in on a busy Saturday afternoon. Parking in this plaza was almost impossible. The aisles are tight and there were not enough spots for all of the cars who needed to park. By the time I got in the store I was already pretty frazzled. The minute I walked in I could the see the checkout lines were endless. I walked through the store anyway and I browsed all of the house hold goods and electronics. They had some cool inexpensive stocking stuffers. In the end I decided not to purchase anything because I didn't have the time to wait in the checkout line. If you sign up for their email list you will routinely get 20% of coupons of of one item sent to your inbox. Normally I love to shop here but I just can't recommend it so close to the holiday. The parking situation and staffing of the checkout line will leave you frustrated. I will be back for the after holiday clearance sale. read more

Stores like this are a prime example of why retail is dying. I went to the Coral Springs location to look at a Shark steam mop. Looked up the price online and saw that Walmart was selling the same model for significantly less. Asked Customer Service if they would match and rather than honor their price match guarantee they let me walk out the door and buy it from Walmart. The customer service lady seemed rather proud of herself too. With service like this no wonder people rather shop on Amazon. I wonder how much money they are losing over stupidity like this. read more

Ok, so I'm a fan of BBB but my last visit makes me question this location. I had a return and lined up at the customer service counter (behind the customer being assisted). I guess I wasn't following the rules because I was rudely advised to get in line on the other side of the counter... not clearly visible on entry. I went to the other side of the counter to join a woman with a cart. It appears there were no open registers. After I was assisted (by another employee), I was exiting to see another customer standing where I started (it was a natural place to line-up). I told her to get in the line before she was yelled at but she stated she had already been addressed and was staying there. I did look at the employees name tag but the name escapes me at the moment... management (if they care) needs to address this behavior. I was taught... it not what you say but how you say it. Someone needs to offer this to employees. Your customer service will affect my future purchases! read more

This location is tucked in the heart of Coral Springs right in the middle of all the amazing housing communities. Most of the time this location is not busy at all but they are always giving out coupons and if you live in Coral Springs parkland area guess what you get a 20% off coupon every week and if you have been collecting them you must have 50 by now if you don't throw them out. Bed bath and beyond says it all. Anything that you need for your home you can get it here. Little bit over priced and they know it that is why they send you the 20 percent off coupon. Good quality products and very professional staff that makes sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience and are very helpful if you have any questions. read more

this store is loosing customers because it's bad customer service, this lady ( that unfortunately did not get her name) but she jhon who she is since I went to talk to her in front of the manager, she was rude and did not care and let me wait for nothing for a long time, she did not even apologize for the bad service and for not been respectful to me as person. I came here for a bar of soap and left with the kitchen sink. That's how I roll at BBB. Let's face it, BBB has sooo many home interior and kitchen toys it's fun just to meander around looking for another new must-have gadget! LOL. I was just there this evening and was treated poorly. I and some lady walked up at the same time, but I was in front of her. There was a long line at the register, so another employee walked up to another register and said she'd take the next person in line. So as I'm walking over there, I hear the lady behind me complaining, and then when I get to the register, the cashier says the lady who was behind me was next in line. How is that possible if she was behind me? So she skipped over me to take care of the lady who was behind me. At this point, I set my items down on the counter at the register and walked out. Went to the store in Coral Springs. Looking foe new sheets and pillow case for new 12" matresses. Noone on the sales floor to help. Had to search for myself. When a sales associate finally showed up, she pointed t o where the items we were looking for and disappeared seconds later. Ordered something on their website, 2 items that needed on Friday. When the FedEx driver delivered it , their was only one of two that were dropped off. When I called customer service, they gave me all kinds of excuses. Promised to shut out the other item and that I will receive it on Mon. or Tues. Finally received it on Tues. I will never shop there ever again. Extremely disappointed in this store. I had received a gift called flawless from Bed Bath and Beyond. It did not work. I simply wanted to exchange it for another. I was told no because I did not have a receipt. I have been shopping here for years and have noticed customers have brought so many different things back, from pillows to blow up mattresses. Who knows how they were used. Because it was a gift I did not have the receipt. I certainly was not going to ask the person who gave this to me for the receipt. I asked to speak to a manager who claimed the prices are not tagged on her shelves Hmmmm I dont think so. Unbelievable customer service. Zero hassle return policy even without a receipt.
