After the purchase of Marson's by TAL Building centers, I was at first a little frustrated with the change. Now, all the store clerks are fantastic and very helpful. What makes Tyler stand out for me is that he always goes above and beyond to serve my needs as a customer and contractor. For example, his knowledge of the POS system allowed him to make some much needed changes to my sub-accounts in my company charge account. He was very conscientious about asking the right questions and made the necessary changes without any further prodding. I super appreciate everything he does for your company. I went in to the Wenatchee store prepared to buy what I thought would work. After talking to the young salesmen, it was obvious to them that I may be better served with an industrial coating. The guys were amazing and made me a true believer in this store's integrity. I went in there knowing very little, ready to spend a lot of money, and their advice was to come back when their manager was there so that I got the product that I needed to do my job right the first time. They took the time to learn what I was going to be doing in the room, what my goals were for appearance, and explained that they would love to help me further, but insisted that for the investment in time and money I was going to make that I speak with their manager that knew much more than they did about industrial coatings. I'll be going back during the week and talking with the manager to give his weekend salesmen a glowing review AND to get more information so I can make a sound investment.

I couldn't find anything because the store does not have signs on the isles. I returned to the cash register and asked the lady where the garden supplies are. She didn't know, but called a co-worker to help me. The co-worker said they don't have small hand tools...they only have large tools like shovels. How can a store specializing in gardening supplies not have hand tools?!?! I settled for a bag of blue Diamond Cat Food because it was a ripped and repaired bag for 20% off. The gal at the register couldn't find the QR code so had to call for the same co-worker, who in turn went to go to the cat food section to find the price. Finally, with the 20% discount, I paid the same price Walmart charges for the exact same product. The whole experience doesn't say much for this store. ----------------------------
