I knew that I wanted to paint the floor (bare wood in bad cosmetic condition, but structurally sound) so that spills, etc. were not a problem and that my furniture and equipment on casters could be moved easily when needed and not mark up the floor. I went in to the Wenatchee store prepared to buy what I thought would work. After talking to the young salesmen, it was obvious to them that I may be better served with an industrial coating. The guys were amazing and made me a true believer in this store's integrity. I went in there knowing very little, ready to spend a lot of money, and their advice was to come back when their manager was there so that I got the product that I needed to do my job right the first time. They took the time to learn what I was going to be doing in the room, what my goals were for appearance, and explained that they would love to help me further, but insisted that for the investment in time and money I was going to make that I speak with their manager that knew much more than they did about industrial coatings. I'll be going back during the week and talking with the manager to give his weekend salesmen a glowing review AND to get more information so I can make a sound investment.

I stayed at home and watched for the truck. At 730 pm on Monday and no delivery yet! I call the 800 number for distribution center. They forward me to the local store (60 miles away, this is rural). The manager at the store sees it was ordered, processed (they have plenty of stock), but they did not see it actually having been loaded that morning for delivery! THEY sent me the email saying it was coming. They "processed" it, but did not load it???? WTHeck. Manager sees it in the system for delivery, but nothing was loaded, so will try to find the drivers or the delivery team manager to figure out what is up! HOW does a delivery notice get sent to email, yet the product NEVER got loaded? Shouldn't the email come after it is loaded? BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY told me to be here today. Not like I picked it. American business is FAILING. We USED to make it happen.

Grass was pretty much dead and patches of moss in places and years of bunched up leaves just pushed to the edges of the yard. There was a complete ecosystem living in those years of leaves and took a lot of time to clean up and then work the algae or moss out and get rid of all the mushrooms. They went through my sprinkler system, did a thorough cleaning, pruned trees, and many other stuff that they just went above and beyond on. Helped out during the fall with sprinkler blow out and snow clean up too. Did such a great job that I've asked them to come back once spring comes around so we can concentrate on the initial spring cleaning/touch up and then just maintaining after that.
