I stayed at home and watched for the truck. At 730 pm on Monday and no delivery yet! I call the 800 number for distribution center. They forward me to the local store (60 miles away, this is rural). The manager at the store sees it was ordered, processed (they have plenty of stock), but they did not see it actually having been loaded that morning for delivery! THEY sent me the email saying it was coming. They "processed" it, but did not load it???? WTHeck. Manager sees it in the system for delivery, but nothing was loaded, so will try to find the drivers or the delivery team manager to figure out what is up! HOW does a delivery notice get sent to email, yet the product NEVER got loaded? Shouldn't the email come after it is loaded? BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY told me to be here today. Not like I picked it. American business is FAILING. We USED to make it happen.

They didn't, but the gentleman working told me they were expecting some Friday. I came back today and picked up six chickens. We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!

I looked on line before I drove there and it clearly stated they had one in stock. The guy I spoke with said yeah that's the display but it's not for sale. He said to wait and he would go check on something. 20 minutes later i'm still standing around and he is nowhere to be found. I left the store and drove the 1 1/2 hours back home. I do not recommend this location as they don't really seem to care about the customer. G
