The front end routinely runs like it's an afterthought -- long lines, disorganization, and constant scrambling that could be avoided with even basic coordination. Instead of stepping in or supporting staff, management focuses on metrics and optics while the floor falls apart. HR offers little to no meaningful support. There's virtually zero compassion for employees' lives outside of work, and no real willingness to work with part-time employees who have second jobs and must prioritize their primary employment. Flexibility is preached, but punished in practice. The result is a workplace where morale is low, turnover is high, and capable employees burn out quickly. None of this reflects a lack of effort from staff -- it reflects leadership that is disconnected, unresponsive, and ineffective. This store doesn't struggle because retail is hard. It struggles because management makes it harder than it needs to be.
