Zach was my service tech who did a fantastic job on my hot tub jet pump replacement. He notified me when he was on his way and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. He updated me that additional o rings and a stop valve also had to be replaced and what the additional cost would be. Everything was repaired and cleaned up in under an hour. Great job Zach. Stopped in while passing heading off LBI for a used/traded in sale that was going on. We met Jennifer who was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. We saw a tub that looked only a few years old that was being water tested so we knew she worked and LOVED the shell color, inside color... it would have been what we would have chosen if we were having the tub built. She advised us that it was a 2009 that was traded in for a new one. This tub doesn't look 3 years old if that and MULTIPLE people have said that. Once she told us the price we didn't hesitate a second and bought it!!! The service Amy, Jennifer and Tim as well as EVERYONE there is BEYOND personal service!!!!! You would think we purchased a brand new tub that cost 50x what we paid with the service you get. Unfortunately I cannot comment on their service or sales, as I had a nearly impossible time getting in touch with them. I first tried two different time to request service online, with no contact from the company. I then attempted to contact their Ship Bottom location for service 4 times, with no answer on the phone, and no voicemail, phone just continued to ring. I finally called the Toms River branch and got someone on the phone. She was very helpful at first, answering questions, and texting me from a store number so that I could share pictures and information on the model Hot Springs spa that I have. After receiving the information on my Hot Springs spa, I was told they would get back to me with information on service. I have not heard anything back in two weeks since then, despite trying to contact them again. read more

Technician Zach came out to repair a leak in my Hot Spring tub. He was so thorough in searching for the source of the leak and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the workings of the hot tub. He found the leak, repaired it and put everything back together! Even though it's a used tub, the service from LBI Hot Springs with Zach as repair tech has been fantastic! Jack goes out of his way to help, and has talked me through several small issues, saving a service call. Friday of July 4th weekend, the heater was not working. Fantastic customer service! I called to make an appointment about a broken hot tub on Thursday. On Monday, Zack was at my house and took care of everything. He kept me informed over the phone (as I wasn't there) as to what he was doing, how much it cost and gave really reasonable and logical advice. I will never buy from this company again!!! I bought a hot tub last May. I order in May and got it almost immediately. I thought that was awesome but When they delivered the Hot tub the cover was ripped. They also damaged the side panels due putting the wrong kind of cover on it. They never call you or appolgize or give updated on this matter. I bought this tub a year and half ago. I called today the 4th time in a year in a half because I am Patient. Today I spoke to Dan that works for them he was so RUDE No customer service. I understand these are tuff times but hey they are still selling Hot tubs so I'm sure they are getting supplies. We paid full price for our tub no discounts. I'm happy to do that but not on damage items. Funny is it customer service goes far and if this guy wasn't such a jerk, I would have been fine. I also have a friend that was looking to buy one and you bet I already made that phone call to not buy from them!!! read more
