I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded. Before you spend one dime of your money here, please ask this company about their D- BBB rating. The installers are 5+ stars!!! They are very thorough with their installation , clean up the area & are very mindful when installing the product to not scratch any walls, floors or appliances. We made the…read moremistake of paying him before inspecting his work and he has not returned a single phone call about fixing his errors. So we are into a more reputable contractor to correct things. We have had to: replace the vanity which had obvious woodworking flaws, attach the runners for the shower doors which were left flapping, remove grout which had been washed down the shower drain causing a blockage, replace floor tiles which had not been glued down properly and supply a wall mirror which was part of the contract but not supplied. I would not recommend these guys and would never use them again.
