    Ironically, the "phone company" reached out to "touch me" the other day asking for a review of…read more"their" services as if this new phone was purchased through one of their outlets when truthfully their only role was in turning on the phone. If I was to rate the phone company the big V would teeter towards a 1 star rating but this experience wasn't with the phone company but BEST BUY! An experience that was excellent every step of the way! It was the darkening of the phone screen amidst these troubled times that led to a search of BEST BUY's website for options, which revealed an amazing deal on a very popular Samsung cell phone. Price does matter and knowing that we could make the "Best Buy" with a one time payment rather than a phone company contract with its multiple pages was truly an incentive towards making the purchase. BEST BUY's appointment system during these troubled times worked perfectly, There were several time options to meet with a representative and their system allows for comments so I said we'd be there a few minutes before noon. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile (Behind the mask but you could sense a smile. Do you find yourselves discovering smiles through twinkling eyes and speech patters since we've been masked? I do. Anyhow back to the review.) and the young lady said 'Dave, our representative will be right with you." We were then told to stand in a safe space while waiting for the BEST BUY staff person. There were no 'busy signals' during this phone purchase just clear communication. We were invited back to the phone sales desk and very quickly the new phone was being unwrapped. But, what mattered was the sales representative's inside comments about the phone and patience in answering questions. At one point she went to get the "right" answer to a question from a supervisor. Smooth easy and everything completed within an hour. They didn't have the desired cell phone case but that was ordered and will arrive this week with no shipping charge. GREAT SERVICE! CLEAN and SAFE ENVIRONMENT (Everyone masked with social distance maintained!)! And, a price that didn't leave any question about making the buy! BEST BUY THANKS ...

All he cares about is getting people's money and he always has to be involved in everyone's conversations. most of the workers there are sweet young people, but the managers are different and threatens everyone about being replaced when u make one mistake. I sadly had to quit this job cause of the experience I had here it was hell.

    Terrible cust service. Was literally told by the owners son , " Once the appliane leaves here its…read morenot our problem"! Spent 3000 on a washer dryer pair. Was told it was the best they had. It was delivered 2 weeks after I went in and paid for them. On install I asked if they can change the doors so that the dryer was on the left but was told its better the way it is now. They were in a rush and i figured f it... ill do it. 2 days later after install we noticed water in the pedestal. called them and was told not our problem call Electrolux. Had a repair guy come a few days later and said the hose that fills tub was cracked possibly due to someone dropping the unit. They replaced the hose but water had sprayed inside the washer all over componets and still had about an inch of water in bottom of unit that he couldnt get to but said it would evaporate fast. Washer worked for a few days then one day i heard it start by itself... called elecrolux again and repair guy came and said it was the control board. changed it a week later cause he had to order it. Was fine for about another week after board was changed then again, machine started by itself again.... anyway this went on for another 6 months on and off and had more down time then use time. Finally after 9 months of nothing but problems and going back and forth with Electrolux they warrantied it for a replacement. Said original company would replace and install at no charge. Called appliance galley and woman in office said she heard no such thing and they have to wait for a letter from them to replace and then they would have to send a unit to appliance galley for me. Called Electrolux and they said email and letter was already sent and that AG will replace unit from there stock and they get reimbursed from Electrolux. Call AG again and woman answered again statin " that's not how this works and they will not use their stock. LOL. Your a dealer of company why? Again its not our problem. I had to spend another 2 months back n forth fighting and had electrolux hire a company other than APPLiance GALLERY to come deliver washer and install. 11 months after purchase i finally have a working machine . I will never do business with this company nor recommend these nasty ppl. even the owner never returned my calls. Owner, son and woman in office are horrible ppl.... stay far away!

    I stopped in to the Olympic Appliance store to report on a problem with the cooling system of my GE…read moreProfile refrigerator which is about 7 years old. The woman at the desk told me she could have someone come out to look at it and on 1/16 they did. After checking it out they told me that the cooling fan and the computer board were on their way out, and that we needed a new unit and that we should come to their store and pick one out. I paid them the service fee of $125 plus tax but didn't follow up with their suggestion since we were in the middle of a health crisis at the time. Ten days later, we decided to get a second opinion from a company that repairs appliances and doesn't have a stake in selling them as well. They came to my home on 1/26 and defrosted the freezer which was coated in ice (something Olympic's servicemen didn't bother to do) and replaced the defrost heater, a part that cost $110. This was the reason the refrigerator wasn't working properly. So, there was nothing wrong with the computer board or the cooling fan that Olympic blamed for the malfunction. The refrigerator has been working at 100% since. I feel that Olympic deceives customers and just wants to make a sale.
