Teddi went out of her way to help us look for a product, when she could not find it, she went to see Laketa for exact location. It was found that it was out of stock and immediately said let's get it delivered to your home and at no charge. She had a wonderful attitude and was very pleasant. Ms. Laketa (sic) was also very attentive. When we entered the facility, she said is there anything that I can help you with? We gave her the product name and she looked it up for us. Teddi could not get into her computer so Laketa put in the order for us, and she ask if there was anything she could do for us. It is not often that you get good service like this. What happened to "the customer is always right?" The three of us left, and went to Target where we spent $400. We still will be shopping at Amazon for the things we COULD HAVE BOUGHT at your store. Bed Bath & Beyond is another one of those stores that has so many locations you can start comparing…read morethem with one another. If you aren't familiar they have just about everything for the interior of your home. Art, kitchen ware, bedding, bathroom, drinkware, vacuums, shelves ... a little bit of everything. Most of them are laid out pretty identical so that each one has a familiar feel when you go in. This location really didn't have that going for it. Also, compared to other locations, it just didn't feel like it had the same selection that you would typically find at a Bed Bath & Beyond. Being the only one in this area, it isn't bad, I just wouldn't say that it's as good or better than the Birmingham locations. Wouldn't prevent me from going here in the future if we are in the area needing something they have.

The aisles are close together and full of stuff. This seems to be true at all locations that I have been to. This location stands out because of the customer service I have recieved on multiple locations. First when looking to replace my cookwhere, the employees informed me of the warranty and no hassle return policy. That saved me money. Secondly, when I did return with my cookware: It had been discontinued for several years, the assisstant Gidget spend a lot of time with me looking for a replacement. While we weren't able to get the exact replacement, she was able to find one pretty close. It was at the Birmingham location. She contacted that store and had them ship the item to my home free of charge. While I was waiting on some employees to find or locate and item for me, I was standing by the front check out for 10 mintues or so. I witness the most excellent customer service. A line began to form and the one cashier called for back up. Three others came and opened lines to check all the people out. I noticed how swift they were to response with politness and extreme courteousness. All customer interactions that I witnessed were excellent. The team at the location know how to meet their customer's need in a great way. It will be a pleasure shopping here in the future. Thank you Team Oxford!

The next day, after paying to have it mounted by an independent contractor, I discovered the TV was missing essential components: no remote, no power cable, and no manual. Attempts to resolve this over the phone led nowhere, so I drove an hour back to the store. Thankfully, the store manager at Perimeter- Hammond Drive Atlanta GA location, John, eventually located the necessary accessories after going through multiple TV boxes. However, after further troubleshooting at home, the TV still wouldn't power on upon my return from a trip abroad. On June 18, 2024, I brought the TV to the Morrow, GA store for a return. This is where the real nightmare began. An associate named Michael Dennis initially assisted, but informed me the TV wouldn't turn on and claimed there was a crack in the screen. I had never removed the protective plastic, so I was unaware of any damage. When I requested to speak with a manager, I encountered Charmaine, who was not only unhelpful but also refused to provide her name despite repeated requests. Her customer service desk associate Faith also refused to give me her supervisor's name. Charmaine's demeanor was rude and condescending throughout the entire interaction. Charmaine insisted I return to the original store for any resolution, despite it being highly inconvenient for me. After speaking with corporate, Michael Dennis still refused to honor the return policy due to alleged damage. Frustrated, I made the trek back to the original store, where Sabrina finally provided the customer service I had originally expected. She promptly exchanged the TV for an 86-inch LG model without hesitation. Overall, the ordeal I endured at Best Buy Morrow was beyond disappointing. The lack of customer service from Charmaine and Michael Dennis was unacceptable, and their refusal to abide by company policy until Sabrina at another location intervened speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction. I will actively dissuade friends and family from shopping at any Best Buy store and am pursuing further action with senior leadership to address these ongoing issues. I am also sharing my experience online on every social media platform I am a member of to share my experience in hopes to prevent others from experiencing something like this. This experience has been a significant inconvenience, consuming unnecessary time, gas, and effort. Best Buy Morrow has lost a previously loyal customer due to their incompetence and poor service.

We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.
