I ordered an 82" sectional from bed, bath, and beyond. The delivery date was 3 to 4 days. After the 6th day of no delivery, I called. After waiting more than an hour on the phone they informed me that it is 2 to 4 weeks out for the delivery. Their false advertising is very disheartening and very frustrating. If I didn't have time already invested in this purchase, id buy it from another source. After I receive my sectional, I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware. read more

Really horrible customer service from Stacey just now. She was miserable. After ringing up my six items she just starred at me and in a really annoyed tone asked, "Do you want a bag?" "Yes," I replied. She then proceeded to bag my items like it was torture. I asked her if she was ok, and told her she seemed up set. To which she shrugged her shoulders and lifted hands in the air with a vocal, "Neh." The atmosphere was pretty gloomy like the store is about to be shuttered and the employees are forced to stay. This store could plummet me into bankruptcy; even if I were a multi-billionaire and I only utilize roughly half of this store (If Bed, Bath and Beyond were actually three separate categories to choose from, I'd be more of a "Beyond" guy). The amount of useless crap I want to purchase at this store would put Bill Gates in the poor house. I mean who doesn't need a breakfast sandwich maker? Or a Soda Stream? Or a contraption so you can microwave bacon? Or a giant Watermelon slicer that cuts the watermelon up in the exact same way an apple slicer does? Or a flavor injector? Or a Belgian waffle maker? Or a Fusion juicer? I mean, really?? Who DOESN'T need these things? To be fair, there is an equal amount of very useful, high-quality items in this store (Kitchen gadgets, silverware, cookware, bedding, pillows, massagers, exercise products, relaxation products, I could continue but I believe you get the point). It's a store that any chef, cook, interior decorator, child, grown man, woman, athlete or dog could have an absolute field day in. I have recently grown an affinity to cooking as well. In reality, I have always enjoyed cooking, but was too apathetic towards the learning process. In recent years, however, I have found myself engrossed in food television; especially cooking competitions and restaurant revival shows. In turn, my desire to cook was revitalized and I have made a hobby of finding random recipes online and giving myself culinary practice. Bed, Bath and Beyond has the merchandise to fulfill my newly-found desire to cook and I will continue to purchase all of my cooking supplies and gadgets from this place. read more

We visited this store on 10/1/22, and made the mistake of using the women's restroom. There was literal sh*t overflowing from a toilet and on the floor. I have never seen anything like it, it was truly disgusting. When I told the cashier the bathroom was disgusting, he just said "ok". Today was my second visit to any Bed Bath & Beyond. Their selection is fairly outstanding. I would suppose, if I look hard enough, I can determine which gadgets they don't have but why would I want to do that?! The customer service is exceptional. On my first visit the store was nearly empty of customers. I entered and began browsing. Soon, Victoria approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. Apparently she had seen me come in, gave me just a few minutes, came to find me, and offered me assistance. She was adequately knowledgable and was able to help me find everything I was looking for. She advised me on signing up for coupons and gave me hints on how to best use them. When I approached the register the cashier asked, "Are you the one who has never been here before?" Victoria had advised her, after helping me, that I would be coming up and to help me out a bit signing up for special offers. I appreciate everything this store offers from great selection, good prices, clean and organized displays and aisles, and exemplary customer service. I love leaving 5-star reviews. So who doesn't like bed Bath and Beyond? It's like a giant toy store for adults. You can find something in there for everybody. I know I could personally buy a lot more things in there than I need (or can afford)! This is actually one of those stores where the wife and I can shop together and we both enjoy being there. One of us doesn't get bored, look for a good place to sit and look at our iPhone while the other one is shopping! We ended up here on Veteran's day because they were offering 25% off of your entire purchase for Veterans! We were looking at bedding and ended up with a complete makeover for our king size bed. The options were almost too many to choose from. I really like this store and generally like customer service provided by the staff, the check out staff was outstanding. I did however have some questions on pillows, types, styles, warrantees and spoke with the manager who seemed to be in a rush to get over our conversation and really didn't provide me a lot of details. Other than that the rest of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The other thing I like about BBB is the return policy which is really liberal as long as you keep your receipt! Even with the discount we spent a lot more than we wanted to but figured hey you spend 1/3 of your life in bed so we might as well enjoy it! read more

I need a Soda Stream machine and accessory. Prices are a little higher than some stores but the convenience can be worth it. However, BBB frequently send coupon to my email and thru snail mail as well to compensate that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and they stage well. OK. Picture this; It is 3:30 PM. A 37 year old man and his 3 daughters ages 5 3 and 1 in search for Mother's Day presents. Got that image in your head? Where would they go? the mall right? What?!? No way!!! A father at the mall with 3 little girls after a long day at work? Not a chance. So where do they go to get gifts that mom wants? Well after along discussion we came to the conclusion that Mommy does not a puppy, a princess dress or a dragon. We did decide that we would get her a crock pot and an ice tea maker. I didn't even have to ask we all knew that we were going to bed bath and beyond. The girls love to look at all the gadgets and the help is top notch. All the sales associates are friendly approachable and know their store well. We were in and out in 15 minutes! B3 also sends out great coupons giving big discounts that we use for their more expensive products. There always my family's first stop for home goodies. Overpriced, yes-I try not to go here without one of their many mailer coupons. I'm a sucker for kitchen gadgets and I like the unique things they have here like shower curtains or cool bed linens. My fiance and I walked in here a couple of weeks ago, and on a whim decided to start working on our wedding registry. The thing that made this place so fantastic was the staff. They were SO very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They went way above and beyond the call of duty, helping us figure out what we needed, and also recommended some fun/interesting things that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. To top it all off, today we received a pleasant hand written note from the lady who helped us (Ashlee), congratulating us on our wedding.
