He says your right. So the lady tried to ring it up on the sale price, finally get thru all the hoops but bombs on my credit card. I told the lady Walmart is so much simpler and she replies you only need to know what your doing. Ha ha, finally I just said i'm done she replies good bye. I swear every time I go there there is a problem right at the end of checking out. I watched and this lady was just bouncing from one register to the next as they all were bombing out. The manager was upfront talking to "3" employees and I told him that there were no carts. He responded, as well as several of the other employees, that someone was outside getting carts. I finished my shopping and still no carts. I walked to my car, scanning the lot, there was no one getting carts. THIS MAKES ME EXTREMELY MAD THAT ELDERLY PEOPLE HAVE TO WALK BACK OUTSIDE WHEN IT IS FREEZING TO GET A CART.

( At about $4-$6 a roll and not as wide. ) Bonus: horse wrap comes in a variety of colors! I noted that wrap now comes in a 4-pack, which was even more economical. My daughter selected the camouflage, which was agreed upon by all of us for now and future wrapping. I noted the current price on bird food for future purchase. We didn't really have time to shop.
