I have always liked bed bath and beyond but I recently moved and placed an order with BBB. Their software didn't recognize my new address so it changed it to what it thought it should be. Even the billing address. So BBB refuses to refund my money despite the fact I didn't receive my packages. Their response was for me to retrieve them from the address they delivered them to. How ridiculous and stupid is that!! No wonder they're going out of business. Terrible customer despute resolution! I really don't understand why payment was made to these people considering the wrong billing address was showing. Really irresponsible. Update your system. It's outdated and not recognizing new addresses. read more

I love this new location for the new Bed Bath and Beyond. They not only have their old stuff from Thruway, but they now have a cosmetics and toiletries section now. Also a baby section. What's great is that their cosmetics according to my wife.... is actually cheaper for a lot of things, and the 20% coupon actually works on it (which usually coupons don't work on cosmetics). The baby section was amazing too. Happens that there was a baby shower that we had to participate in a little bit ago, and there were things made that I didn't even know could be made for little kids. Awesome selection. Again, I recommend using the 20% coupon that often comes in the mail. read more

This is your standard Bed Bath & Beyond! I feel like this is one of those stores where if you have been to one you have been to them all. They are all setup exactly the same. This one has that drug store-esq add in that some Christmas Tree Shops have now too and well I just don't get it. I wish they would put their 20% coupons on their mobile app. I always get them to my house and throw them out because I don't think I'll need them. I think mobile coupons would be the way to go for them, it is 2014 after all. I will say sometimes it is good to go in store instead of ordering things online because you can see it and feel it. I went in to buy a fiber bed and it is hard to buy one online because you just don't know what it is going to feel like when purchasing something like that online. And of course lets face it when someone gets married there is probably a 50% chance they will be registering here. read more

I visited BBB @ 1020 Hanes Mall Blvd. Winston Salem, NC on July 21. I had three shower curtains to return. Store manager would not accept them because she said they were from a third party. I had SKU numbers for all three, also had a screenshot saying they were eligible for store return or mail returns. So are store returns not allowed? read more

How can you not love BB&B? I use to go just to browse for everything I didn't know I always needed. There is always coupons available so you never have to pay full price and if you find the rare open box or display discount, which is like finding the golden ticket. I got a kitchenaid mixer for less than $200 a few years ago because of this! My only complaint is that the isles are too small and I can't get my buggy can't get through. read more

I enjoy going to Bed Bath and Beyond... I especially like exploring their clearance racks!! It seems there is ALWAYS something I need to get at this store. One annoyance is that the store is so jam packed that trying to maneuver a cart through the store is nearly impossible. My husband camped out in one spot and I walked around looking for what I needed... Of which they stopped carrying in the stores. Love!!! Back in Rochester, NY there were 2 stores called "Buy Buy Baby" and "Christmas Tree Shops" which are owned by the same company as Bed Bath and Beyond. I was saddened to see that there weren't any Buy Buy Baby stores or Christmas Tree Shops in the Winston Area... but then I stumbled into their mini Christmas Tree Shop-section and baby section here, in Bed Bath and Beyond! Obviously not anywhere close to the size of the original but it's nice to know there are baby products here that you can use your 20% off or $5 off coupons on. Another Yelper mentioned this store NOT having 20% off mobile coupons but I get those sent to my phone, not all the time but every now and then I'll get a text message coupon link. I also love that this company will take expired coupons so DON'T THROW THOSE EXPIRED ONES OUT! Save them up and use multiple coupons at a time! You can also use them on clearance items. read more

Came in Bed Bath and Beyond to buy a large cooking pot. They didn't have one I wanted but the customer service I recieved was great. I asked at customer cervice and they let me to the right area. A manager took over and showed me a few options. When it was obvious that they didn't have what I was looking for, he said they could order it and deliver to our house. I was impressed. read more

Just like any other bed bath and beyond. They have the lay out perfected and the coupon system is awesome. This one's location is slightly better than others because of the shopping center it is located in. It shares the complex with target Kohls dollar tree and ulta. Really ask any woman that doesn't like those stores. It's the perfect shopping storm in one complex. read more

Please do not ever under any circumstance make a registry here. I have about 5 friends who will be getting married this year and I have warned them about this businesses customer service. They do not care about you and continually tell you you are wrong when you bring an issue to their attention. I have never been spoken to so poorly as a customer in my life. read more

I bought some items yesterday that I determined wouldn't work in my house, so I returned them today with no problem. But I had also found some things I bought back in January (8 months ago) that had somehow made their way to the back of the closet, and that I didn't need any more. They were still in the bag with the receipt. I didn't think they would let me return them, but I was wrong - the man who was in charge said there was a 365-day return policy in January, so I got a complete refund. (Note: the policy was changed in March, so returns have to be prompter now.) I really appreciated his knowledge of the previous policy and willingness to help me! read more

I love the store but there are insufficient open cash registers, there is no order to pay and they are not friendly to all customers.

This is your typical BB&B. It was Black Friday and nothing stood out about this place. The customer service counter was efficient and pleasant. We exchanged my daughters mini Keurig coffee maker for a special edition. The transaction went smoothly and we were pleased. Hopefully this one won't give her the "prime" message like ours did that we bought & returned to Walmart b/c the display kept reading "prime". That meant that the water sensor was not sensing that we still had water in the reservoir even though we had an ample amount of water! When we got home we all treated ourselves to Wolfgang Puck's Hazelnut coffee with organic french vanilla cream from Whole Foods with lemon Pepperidge Farm cookies. read more
