Myself & a friend took a little road trip to Greensboro Friday to visit this store . So I would say this is the perfect store to go to if you're starting a business. Everything you could ever imagine you need to start a business is in this store at a discount price . They have everything from bags , shopping carts/baskets , racks , mannequins , signs and more . The store is awesome, I liked walking around and checking everything out. The woman at the front desk is the only bad experience you could have in the store. Super snappy, disrespectful in her tone. Acts like doing her job is a problem for her. I showed up thinking I was just picking up material. turns out I needed to place an order because the homeowner hadn't done it yet. She got crazy attitude the whole time. Showing me around acting like slat board is some rare thing that only she knows about. I tried to level with her and asked her if she was having a bad day. She responded with "we have a certain way we like to do things here and when you showed up that didn't happen" what a joke. read more

Love this place! I went in to find a mannequin. I sell clothing online & wanted a dress form or a half-mannequin to be able to take pictures & show my product better. I also needed one because I sell vintage clothing locally at pop up markets and the like. They had a great selection of dress forms and mannequins! When I stopped in, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had a sale going on w their gently used mannequins of buy one get one free! I was was so happy to leave w TWO female torso mannequins on heavy metal stands. The back of the warehouse has some really great mannequins, all shapes, sizes and colors--for very good prices. I found myself wandering around looking at all the cool stuff they have to offer. They have many new items, but also have an eclectic selection of items from stores or restaurants that have closed down. Waaaay in the back (of the faaar back he he) of the warehouse I even stumbled upon these HUGE old Barnum & Bailey circus animals!! It scared the bejesus out of me lol!! They offer anything you might need to set up a small shop or table if you sell jewelry, clothing, art etc. I am going back again to purchase some bags to put my customers purchases in. My experience was that the staff was friendly! When you enter through the front, the girl behind the counter greeted me and asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. She then told me about the sales, and directed me to which part of the warehouse I could find new or used dress forms & mannequins. After my purchase, they helped me get them to my car. It's locally owned by a great family, so I was happy to not only get what I needed, but support local! The products are great and the staff is very pleasant and helpful despite the lady who owns this business. Every time I have been there I've happened upon her speaking very condescendingly to customers. These are likely fellow business owners as well and by the looks it, they're also extremely put off by her "customer service"-which is just her rudely telling you that you're wrong and she's right. I've experienced it firsthand three times and as an owner of three businesses employing 100 people, I do not appreciate being spoken to as if I'm ignorant and treated as if she couldn't care less that I'm making purchases at her store. She is fortunate to have the staff that she does. They are hardworking and kind yet the definite sense among them was that customer frustrations with their owner are commonplace. You have a great business. Work on appreciating your customers and whether you recognize it or are willing to admit it, you do not come off as an owner who values the people keeping you in business. As an owner for 20 years, I know that I have to bust my butt to appreciate my customers and I have no problem showing them. They're invaluable to me. If I have one more bad experience, I'll never be back. How many have you lost who haven't taken the time to tell you? That would be a shame. It's really a great store and staff. read more

Great place! Helpful and friendly staff. Was recommended to me by a friend as a place to get bags to put Girl Scout cookies in at cookie booths. Was blown away by all the types, sizes, colors and textures of the various bags. Reasonably priced. But that was just a small part of what this store offers. Cannot begin to describe all the retail store accessories available for purchase in their large warehouse. Go see for yourself. read more

A friend told me about this place and, even though I live in Winston-Salem, I thought I would go by and check it out. I am sooooo glad I did! I am currently volunteering for the Animal C.A.R.E. Foundation Thrift store (Thrifty Finds located in the MIdway Town Center), and I needed supplies to help them with their jewelry displays. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front counter asking if I needed any help in finding a particular item. The rest of the staff there was very helpful as well and directed me where I could find all the things I needed to really make our jewelry section stand out so much better. (And I can tell you the difference of the 'before and after'' was unbelievable.) There was so much to look at here at A & B Store Fixtures that I had to come back again yesterday to get some other things! You couldn't ask for a better selection of items, and the prices were very, very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking to find a vast variety of what you need for your store (new or used), from some of the smallest of things (2x2 ziplock bags) to some of the largest of them (lighted wall cases). Perfect store to outfit the mom and pop boutique. For my store, at build out, I purchased slat walls , credenza, pegs, and shelf to fi thet slat wall. Next find was a merchandise gun, shopping bags, display fixtures and a few eccentric one of a kind finds items, such as a paper machete dog manikin. A fun place to walk around. I love this place! We have been going here for several years and we always find just what we have been looking for. We do craft fairs for our jewelry and have picked up boxes, bags and displays. A great store with lots of new and used store fixtures. The staff is top notch and very helpful. They will have you out the door with your purchase quickly - loaded up in your vehicle and all!
