It was the best decision I made! That is where I met my Fabulous sales person Mike Badeau, I am adding Mike's last name, because there are few Mikes within all their stores. Mike is a floater at the moment, and so blessed that he was floating at the Palm Harbor location. The rest is history, from the moment I walked in to the store to speaking with Mike B. about the different options of mattresses and what my needs were in reference to my allergies, and a hypoallergenic mattress along with an adjustable base due to my snoring issues it went smooth sailing from there. He showed me many options & was never once pushy. I felt like I knew him for years. He's very kind, understanding, listened to my needs & explained the differences thoroughly. I ended up with what I call the perfect mattress that is resistant to dust mites, hypoallergenic, 100% latex queen size mattress. It's the Birchwood Firm latex, 2023 resort, hotel latex collection as well as a queen rise remedy adjustable base. From the beginning of the transaction to the delivery process Mike kept in constant communication via phone calls and text. The delivery and set up process did not take long at all. The delivery guys were Excellent and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with Mike, as well as my new mattress and adjustable base. I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it is so comfortable and the BEST REST that I have had in a long time. Kevin is a delightfully helpful young man, who seems to enjoy what he does. We spotted what we wanted, took a couple of days to think about it, and on Saturday, we made the decision to buy. Our choice was the Tempur-pedic Rhapsody with the ergo bottom that allows it to adjust (Yeah we're old, but I LOVE the idea that I'm sleeping on a giant purring cat!) and become even more comfortable. The head and feet both raise and it has a massage option that really does lull you to sleep. While the bed was expensive, the customer service we received was excellent. Delivery was scheduled for less than 24 hours after we purchased the bed. When we thought that the 2nd remote was missing, Kevin offered to come down himself and deliver one to us. All in all it was a wonderful transaction. If I ever need to buy another bed - and hopefully it will be a long time until I do, I would use the company again.

When delivered, it was too much furniture for the room, within a couple days, request a rerun understanding the pickup fee would be charged. I was furious to hear there was an additional 30% stocking fee! Really...two days after deliver, that is elder abuse! The plan was to buy chair(s) vs couch, recliner chairs...it did not matter...30% fee. The chairs will likely cost more than the couch. Not the type of business I will support nor further recommend. What happened to the Matter Bros. Service?!
