Clean the espresso machine. My cappuccino tasted slightly burnt, which gives it that cardboard flavor, and serving a hot espresso drink in a paper cup does not help either. Hot milk and cardboard do not work well together. This is something that could easily be fixed and would make a real difference. Outside seating is very nice, covered and very clean.
