First time at this establishment. Located in a small plaza across from the new HEB, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the 12 piece chicken strip and had three different spices on. The Seoul sweet and spicy, Garlic and a Korean hot (spice level 3). We also order onion rings, coleslaw, Mac and Cheese, and Nashville fries. All were served fresh and delicious. Update: I went back already because, of course I did. Took a friend with me who got the jumbo tenders (Nashville hot level 4) with the Mac and Cheese. I got hot chicken fries with Nashville level 4 chicken. (Seasoned and loaded fries topped with Cheese, Jalapeno, onion, and garlic sauce.) We also tried the Seoul Hot Chicken Bomb. Everything was great - and this time I got a couple of photos (forgot to take one of the chicken bomb - but it looks just like the one on the menu). Really loved the unique flavor of the Seoul Hot Chicken - if you've ever had Korean style fried chicken it's very similar. The hot chicken fries were still crispy even with all those toppings. Big and bold yet well-balanced flavors. I didn't try the tenders since that's basically the same meat that was on the fries, just a different shape. The level 4 heat is not going to take your head off but it's not shy either. The Mac and cheese was all right. By itself it's not packing the kind of flavor found in the other items, but would probably be fantastic as a bowl with some of that hot chicken mixed in. Sides of homemade ranch were welcome sides, perfect for dipping fries and chicken. Service was quick and friendly and staff was happy to answer questions about the menu. This was a nice surprise in a seemingly random strip mall, although I'm sure it will get much busier once the HEB is fully built up. We used to love this place when it was in watauga. Too many times on bad service makes it a no for me though. We came here on grand opening. It was busy but they forgot my order so we were waiting a long time. Second time, we ordered to go and the cheesy snowflake had barely any cheese. The box didn't have the check mark on our order so I'm not even sure if it was the right thing. I guess times are bad. But I like my food good. The Nashville sando was good though. Wanted to try this place a second before writing a review and this place was just as good as the first time! I got the sweet and spicy chicken Sando both times. Mac and cheese as the side on the first one and fries on the next and both were great. The food is awesome as well as the customer service. Typically I grab food for lunch and head back to work but both times I've enjoyed staying here and eating and the atmosphere is calm. Been on a mission to try all the Nashville hot chicken sandwiches around DFW. Mighty chick's is up there with Hattie B's and Ricky's. Love the brioche bun. Flavor definitely is not lacking. The staff was very helpful, courteous and checked on us frequently. I tried the Nashville' hot #2 sandwich at a spice level 3 and it was really good. I think the chicken sandwich was better than Dave's hot chicken. I got a cheese flakes fries ... it was basically cheese seasoning that goes on popcorn. To me it did not taste good. Though they are tucked in a shopping center that may make it hard to know that it is there. Staff was friendly, as it was order at the counter. During our visit we were the only ones there so they brought food to us ... but not sure if that is what they do when they are busier. After a day of running errands I was craving fried food (it's a rarity but it just sounded good). I'd read the reviews for Mighty Chick Sando, and decided to give it a try. The restaurant is impeccably clean - very welcoming! The aroma of fried chicken was intoxicating and mouthwatering. The service was excellent! The team member who took my order was extremely helpful & friendly, and walked me through the menu, as it was my first time ordering there. I placed a To Go order and opted for the 3-piece chicken tenders (standard flavor) so I could taste the chicken. I was informed I make it a "meal" by adding a beverage and one of their standard sides (several options for fries, slaw, pickles - which all sounded good), but I saw they had fried cheese curds...those were calling to me. Everything is made to order - the food came out hot, crispy, and was packaged nicely. The 3 tenders were enormous, I had to save 1/2 of the tenders and will make into another meal (I'm glad I didn't select the 5 piece ). The chicken and the breading were very nicely seasoned, the chicken was juicy. The cheese curds were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside, cheese cooked perfectly on the inside. I opted for ranch dressing for my order, which I could tell was made from scratch - absolutely delicious! The owner happened to come in while my order was being prepped, and we chatted about the Korean sauces they offered. He was very kind and gave me a sample of the Seoul Hot and the Soy Ginger sauces to try with the chicken. That was incredibly generous of home to do so. Note: I'm not a sandwich person, but they offer a chicken kimchi cheese sando & a Seoul Hot sando - both sound amazing! The food held up well in the takeout box.
