My friends picked this place to go and hang out. I loved it! It feels like in in a backyard, despite it having a parking lot and highway next to it. The decorations hide everything. It felt like chilling outside. We got a few drinks and food. Everything was perfection- I got steamed veggies and tater tots, both of which were excellent! I did get a few mixed drinks, they felt like more sugar than anything, but were still good. Our server was the kindest person! Come over several times to check on us. Don't come here with a large party (by that I mean a party of 6). Took over 10 minutes to even be greeted. Extremely slow service and very mediocre food. Hamburgers over cooked and extremely basic, fries disappointing and overall other food just not very good. I'd say go to Boomer Jacks but in all honesty if you're in this shopping center just go to McDonald's. read more

My friends and I go to this establishment at least every Tuesday night for their Open Jam and also visit frequently to hear live music. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. One great thing about any neighborhood bar is when your bartender gets to know you. Every Tuesday night for the last two years, I make sure to sit at the side bar because I know Rob C will be there to serve us cold drinks, have some laughs, share good music and conversation. Rob will make my drink for me and have it waiting, as he sees me start walking from the parking lot. We poke at the fact that everyone wants his attention at the same time. We keep him hopping and he always comes through. We celebrate birthdays of his, and ours and our kids and band members at his bar. We give hugs and share prayers. As regular customers, this experience with Rob was especially disappointing. We've supported this bar & grill consistently for many years, but the service during our recent visit and recent previous visits with Rob was poor and inattentive. Long wait times, lack of communication, and feeling overlooked made the experience frustrating. Loyal customers should feel valued, and unfortunately that was not the case this time. Rob was rude & slammed the drinks down on the bar counter. When another regular customer was asking for a drink, more than once, that customer was lectured by Rob that he will get him a beer when he can. Went for green beers on St Patricks day. Not crowded at lunch. Great atmosphere with live music on Fridays, Dj, open mic karaoke on other nights. Thursday, Aug. 7 - there for a benefit. $20 to reserve a table! Ordered nachos, she asked if I wanted beef, chicken or half n half, I said, half n half. I asked if I could have jalapenos and she said yes. Nachos, full order of beef is $15.99. But since I said half n half, I was charged $4.99 extra for the chicken - so I paid for a full order of beef, but actually received half beef to make room for the chicken. The jalapenos were $1 extra. NONE of the upcharges were disclosed, which is not right. Had the charges been disclosed, I would have said no to the chicken. Most restaurants don't charge for the jalapenos. Jalapenos should come with nachos because after all, they are nachos. And all in all, the taste of the order was okay, not that great. A friend bought me a strawberry margarita - I don't think there was any alcohol in it. I doubt that I will go back there. read more

Upon arrival we were trying to figure out what to order when the manager Jessica stopped by our table and gave some great recommendations. The pretzel bites, queso and chicken wings were fantastic. Britney was our waitress. I ordered the steak, requested Medium Rare with the sweet potato fries. Unfortunately the steak was far from medium rare. It was very rare, extremely chewy and far from any appetizing flavor. The potato fries was undercooked too sadly. I informed Britney, she said she will see what she can do. Waited and waited. Over thirty minutes later, still didn't give me any options to fix the situation, didnt even offered to recook the entree; but she did take the plate without asking then charged me full price for inedible food. Throughout the night, she made eye contact with me yet never tried to fix the situation despite informing her prior and taking the plate away when most of it was untouched. At least recook the food so I can actually eat the food I paid for! I paid despite the inedible food and the neglectful service. My friends I was with were shocked with how my situation was handled yet for them they were treated much better. I still tipped despite the terrible experience. It was not fair or right being treated that way. It was a shame as a first time customer because I honestly would have liked to go there again for the ambience and experience the live karaoke again. But after the neglectful service and poor food control, it unfortunately seems I like it may be a smart idea to skip this location for now on. My advice, stick to karaoke and the drinks at this location instead. My stomach was hurting throughout the night after trying out the steak and fries. read more
