We came to ice house for a couple of drinks. The prices the prices are amazing. They have really good cheap drinks and the atmosphere is very chill. The stars game was playing and the crowd was piling in. We had a waitress Hayley, she was attentive and funny. I also ate the crispy chicken Caesar wrap and it was amazing. Several weeks ago, my man, our yellow lab and I had a great night on the patio. Destiny was our server. The only reason why I know her name NOW is because she gave us a card telling us her name and how to leave our feedback. I found the card, and I am happy that I did! My man and I had just found out some bad news, and you could tell on both of our faces. Destiny was attentive and helpful and extremely respectful. As regular customers, this experience with Rob was especially disappointing. We've supported this bar & grill consistently for many years, but the service during our recent visit and recent previous visits with Rob was poor and inattentive. Long wait times, lack of communication, and feeling overlooked made the experience frustrating. Loyal customers should feel valued, and unfortunately that was not the case this time. Rob was rude & slammed the drinks down on the bar counter. When another regular customer was asking for a drink, more than once, that customer was lectured by Rob that he will get him a beer when he can. There was multiple customers leaving at the same time due to the way Rob was handling his regulars at the bar area. The manager Denise is kind and has fun with her customers (regulars). read more

Tried to give them a pass because they were busy, but it just got worse. 90 proof cover band was ok. The songs were good but they were good on their own. Wife and I were meeting another couple here. We arrived before they did and were told to seat ourselves. We waited 10 minutes or so and no one came over. I went looking for a server and found one who wasn't ours and she assured me she would let our server know. Five minutes later we got up and left and not a single employee cared. It was a awful experience for me and my friend. We ordered take out which took 45 minutes to come out, when if i wanted to stay that long i would have ordered in! Thursday, Aug. 7 - there for a benefit. $20 to reserve a table! Ordered nachos, she asked if I wanted beef, chicken or half n half, I said, half n half. I asked if I could have jalapenos and she said yes. Nachos, full order of beef is $15.99. But since I said half n half, I was charged $4.99 extra for the chicken - so I paid for a full order of beef, but actually received half beef to make room for the chicken. The jalapenos were $1 extra. NONE of the upcharges were disclosed, which is not right. Had the charges been disclosed, I would have said no to the chicken. Most restaurants don't charge for the jalapenos. Jalapenos should come with nachos because after all, they are nachos. And all in all, the taste of the order was okay, not that great. A friend bought me a strawberry margarita - I don't think there was any alcohol in it. I doubt that I will go back there. read more

Was at the Bedford Ice House this past weekend and I had to drop a line to make sure I let folks know how good the food, service and atmosphere was. We only stopped in for a few drinks and to check out the Live Band Karaoke they offer on Thursday evenings, but the vibe was great and the live band did fantastic despite the fact the song requests were from a variety of genres and decades. We didn't sample any of the food, but we'll be back at a later date! The bartender was super friendly and service was on point. Britney was our waitress. I ordered the steak, requested Medium Rare with the sweet potato fries. Unfortunately the steak was far from medium rare. It was very rare, extremely chewy and far from any appetizing flavor. The potato fries was undercooked too sadly. I informed Britney, she said she will see what she can do. Waited and waited. Over thirty minutes later, still didn't give me any options to fix the situation, didnt even offered to recook the entree; but she did take the plate without asking then charged me full price for inedible food. Throughout the night, she made eye contact with me yet never tried to fix the situation despite informing her prior and taking the plate away when most of it was untouched. At least recook the food so I can actually eat the food I paid for! I paid despite the inedible food and the neglectful service. My friends I was with were shocked with how my situation was handled yet for them they were treated much better. I still tipped despite the terrible experience. It was not fair or right being treated that way. It was a shame as a first time customer because I honestly would have liked to go there again for the ambience and experience the live karaoke again. But after the neglectful service and poor food control, it unfortunately seems I like it may be a smart idea to skip this location for now on. My advice, stick to karaoke and the drinks at this location instead. My stomach was hurting throughout the night after trying out the steak and fries. read more

My husband and I did a date night finally…read more You check in with the host at Bacchus, she gives you code and you enter through the telephone booth. The room is small, but it has several little comfy seating areas and a small bar. They offer specialty cocktails that are not served at any other bar in Vin. We tried three different ones all of which were amazing. There were two bartenders covering the entire room, they were outstanding very kind and attentive to detail. The decor was as expected for a speakeasy and very well done. I would definitely go again, the only thing I would change is the lighting. A very minor and picky detail, but speakeasy's are usually a dimmer lighting, it was pretty bright in my opinion. Overall an amazing experience and we look forward to returning.
