We split a bottle of local wine and we were just in heaven eating our lunch and enjoying the historic space with original tin ceilings! The sisters who run this are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend trying a meat and cheese plate or a custom grilled cheese! Pro tip go on a Thursday to enjoy the Main Street farmers market which is located next door! Emerald Valley will even store your farmers market items in their coolers for free while you enjoy specials and live music after the farmers market. I just can't recommend this place enough!

We stopped in during the Whiskey Rebellion Festival, and had lunch and some ice cream. I had the "Marketplace Melt," Signature BLT with a side of pasta salad, and it was delicious. They were also sampling some Sangria made with local wine from Thistlethwaite Vineyards, and it was very good (their products are sold here also). Very nicely decorated in a vintage building, well worth checking out. Cheers!

It sells a wide variety of old-fashioned/nostalgic and modern candies, glass-bottled sodas, and gifts for people of all ages. The store is filled with shelves of candies of many kinds--hard, gummy, sweet, sour, chocolates, etcetera--which customers may purchase individually or in bulk. In addition, a candy-buffet wall allows you to fill up a box for $5. The sodas are available in hundreds of flavors. Examples of the gifts are greeting cards, books, mugs, toys and socks. Other fun details: With the Vault Loyalty Program, customers earn 1 snozzberry for each $1 spent, and they may unlock the vault after earning 100, 300, or 500 snozzberries. Customers may rent a video-gaming room for a reasonable price. A toy train moves around a track near the ceiling. During my visit, Grandpa Joe's had installed 10 14-foot-tall inflated ducks on rooftops of nearby buildings. Anyway, I bought several candies, most of which I was not previously familiar with. Each one cost a couple to a few dollars. I thought that they tasted "good."
