He also insisted on replacing the toilet valve which had always worked before. He stayed quite a while making sure the leak was gone. Overall he did a fine job but it was very expensive (nearly $500) for what amounted to a wax seal and valve. He did leave wax ring crumbs on the floor for me to clean. He charged a trip charge of $60 which was not in his quote and this added to the sticker shock. I would be happy to hire Isaac again but I just can't afford the cost.

The plumber put on his paperwork he was at my house 3 hrs wich infact was a lie, he spent no more than 1 hrs at my home and I told the manager I have security cameras to prove it.
