The bed frame we were interested in unfortunately didn't come in the size we needed but we saw a mattress we liked and they were able to give us a very competitive pricing. The timing from order to deliver was very quick and even the owner was the one that delivered the mattress himself. There was a small hiccup in terms of the delivery logistics, but everyone was quick to help and resolve it. Holy hell that was horrible. We came in to get an idea of what furniture we'd want for home. We were approached immediately by a salesman (seemed friendly), we told him we were just looking hoping to get a look around together and see what would be a good fit for our style. We thought it would be a relaxing enjoyable outing. Wrong. He followed us around the whole time, gave us no time to even talk to each other and see what we liked. He nonstop told us about every piece of furniture (stuff we didn't even want to look at). He made several inappropriate comments that we brushed off. We tried to walk away from him to continue browsing but he followed us relentlessly. We stopped at a black bed with storage and before myself or my partner can talk he goes "oh I had a woman tell me this is a BDSM bed" and starts telling us about all the "toys and costumes" the storage would fit. Seriously???? I looked at my fiancé like get me the hell out of here. He never let us get a word in with one another or even give us a break. He followed us the ENTIRE time. Luckily another employee came to speak with him and we dashed while he was distracted. We couldn't even make it past the beds to look at couches or tables. It was so uncomfortable to listen to this man talk out his neck. Craziest experience I've ever had looking for furniture. read more
