Our mattress even arrived a week earlier than expected. Their own delivery staff was great. The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. We left with a really nice recliner that was to be delivered (free) just a few days later. Delivery was on time, quick and efficient. Delivery staff were friendly and respectful. I know it's long, but it's important to share exactly what happened so others can avoid what I've been through. I already made a review about this place but I am making another one that is more updated with details and dates. On Monday, June 7th, 2025, I purchased a sofa from Sam's Sofa and Mattress. Sam told me he could get the sofa into his store by Friday, June 11th and deliver it that weekend (June 12th or 13th). In reality, it took about three weeks for delivery. During this time, I made numerous attempts to contact him. When he did not deliver on the weekend of June 12th-13th, I went four days with no response from him. On June 16th, I texted him stating that I wanted to cancel my order. I did not receive a reply. On June 17th, I posted reviews about my experience on Google, Yelp, and his Facebook business page. On June 18th, Sam called me, saying he had been sick. I told him again that I wanted to cancel my order. He said he would call me the next day, but I did not receive that call. After that, I noticed I could no longer view his Facebook business page, which led me to assume he blocked me. On June 25th, a week later he called saying he had my order and asking when was the best time to deliver. I told him I still wanted to cancel. He claimed someone else had called on my behalf to schedule delivery. I told him neither I nor my spouse had done that. He refused to issue a refund and said I would be getting a letter from his attorney, and that we could take the matter to small claims court. After considering the stress and time of small claims, I decided to proceed with the order. On June 26th, I called him as soon as his store opened to say I wanted my sofa and we could move forward. He told me I needed to call the finance company and sign some documents, and that he could deliver by Thursday, July 31st because the sofa had been "shipped back" and his attorney had already sent a letter. On July 31st, I stopped by the store to speak with him about delivery. He was not there, but his mother was. In my opinion, she was very rude during our conversation. She asked my name, then immediately referenced my reviews, saying, "Oh, you're the girl that's been writing all these nasty reviews about us." She also addressed my boyfriend about his "bad" reviews as well. She asked why I would want my sofa if I was posting complaints. On August 1st, around 8am I texted Sam informing him that from here on out I wanted all communications in writing, either through text or email and if we continued to speak through the phone, I will be recording our conversations. A few hours goes by and he calls me around 12pm to let me know that he's got my sofa in his van and if right now would be a good time to deliver. Sam delivered the sofa but did not assemble it, even though I had paid for delivery and assembly. He told me I could come to the store to pick up a check for the assembly fee. My boyfriend and I assembled the sofa ourselves on August 7th, we soon found that one section would not connect properly and one of the legs was broken. The latch system was the same on both sides, making it impossible to connect as intended. On August 8th, I texted Sam to inform him that the sofa was incomplete, defective, and not in the condition promised at the time of sale. I requested immediate action to provide a fully functional replacement part or a replacement sofa that met the purchase terms, giving him three business days to respond. I stated that if I did not receive a response, I would file complaints with consumer protection agencies and consider small claims court. It is August 15th and It has now been five business days without a response. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other relevant consumer protection agencies. I truly wish my purchase had gone smoothly, but based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this furniture store. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer service in the future.

Today the set was delivered and earlier than expected which was great! The two delivery men were very nice and friendly. They set up our furniture and made sure everything was ok before they left. They also took all of the boxes and stuff away. We tipped them as a thank you for their service and hard work (always tip your delivery drivers) I would not hesitate to purchase furniture from here again. Sam won me over with his honest personality. He explained that the sign out front that states they are not going out business is in opposition to all the other shops.
