I bought a new bedroom set at Carmichael Furniture Outlet recently. We had great service in the store and a reasonable price on the furniture with delivery to an upstairs apartment. I chose to unbox and set up the furniture myself. The dresser, nightstands and bed frame were well packaged. The bed frame was easy to assemble and the other items just required unboxing. Expect Omar to be friendly and helpful when you arrive and tell you that your purchase will be delivered within 10 business days and then wait without any communication and not have your furniture delivered for 28 days, but only a portion of your purchase. Expect that Omar will not refund you anything for your time lost or his subpar service. Expect for Omar to extend free delivery and assembly as if it is a hardship to him, but it states that they provide that in that to everyone on their website. I sold my old couch within 10 days of purchase of a sectional and ottoman, as I was not made aware that delivery would take longer. I had no furniture in my home for 28 days. I had to reach out to him multiple times by phone and text just to find out the status. The first time he reached out to me was on day 25 after purchase asking if I was available right now for delivery. It was midday in the middle of the week, like I am just laying around doing nothing instead of working; waiting for his call. When the couch was finally delivered, the ottoman was not and the kids that delivered didn't know that there was one. I was then told by the deliverers that it was damaged, so I'd have to wait longer for that item. That came yesterday....day 49 after purchase. I got a text two days prior saying it was ready. No communication on the status at all since the 15th of March. My mistake for being so trusting. I wanted to shop local. You get less than what you paid for sometimes. Do your homework and don't listen to this guy. He's not honest, lacks communication skills, and is disrespectful of your time and money. Sectional is lovely, not sure if the discount was worth it. read more

My husband and I decided to (finally) upgrade our hand-me-down living room furniture and pick out new furniture that we love. We had a budget in mind, but were willing to pay more if needed in order to really get what we wanted. Our goal was to get a new couch with a chaise lounge and then eventually get a new coffee table, end table, and recliner. Due to the excellent selection and customer service, we walked away with all 4!! Although we did technically go over our original budget by a little bit, the budget was originally just for a couch, so we were very pleased to be able to get everything and not have to continue shopping at another time. We did check out another furniture store in the area just to double check if there was anything elsewhere we loved more, but the other store did not have much in the style we liked. Our house has a quaint farmhouse-feel, but the other furniture store seemed to only have items that were more traditional, ornate, and oversized, which do not work with our house or style at all. Carmichael Furniture Outlet had many pieces that we liked and also more ability to customize pieces to fit budget, size, color, etc. We are eagerly anticipating delivery for our items in 3-4 weeks once the custom couch is completed! read more

Nunca nos contacto de nuevo,así que nos dirigimos a la tienda y un muchacho nos atendió amablemente y este se contactó con omar para que el mintiera y dijera que hace una semana nos había mandado mensaje para hacernos saber que teníamos que elegir otra cosa, porque no estaba disponible nuestro sofá.
