I told him that I needed to go and check out their collection for myself! I am so happy we did - Magnolia Antiques and Home Interiors is massive! I actually couldn't remember where one of the items I wanted was located at one point. They had a huge collection of Uranium glass all over the building! I did multiple loops checking out everything before finally settling on a plate and a set of salt and pepper shakers! Pricing on most items were fair! I honestly wanted to buy everything I saw. Staff were also friendly enough and helpful! They had so many amazing items for sale - I couldn't list them all if I tried. Incredibly helpful but not in our face; just nearby when we needed him. No up-sell techniques; just let us pursue the merchandise and make our own decision with his helpful input. We left with a really nice recliner that was to be delivered (free) just a few days later. Delivery was on time, quick and efficient. Delivery staff were friendly and respectful. Overall, a very good experience. There's a good reason why they have been in business for nearly 80 years.

This was an unsuccessful use of time…read more It took me three weeks to find time to come stop by as my family has bought furniture from them many times. I came in before 4:30pm with plenty of time to shop- except at 4:50pm I was told they were closing at 5. I mentioned that I made a special trip to come by and online it says 6pm? I was told I would probably have to come back. The more frustrating part is that I mentioned my family had shopped with them before. As I was leaving she asked how I heard about them? Initially I mentioned I would be interested in green/blue/purple colors or neutrals like black/grey/brown/camel. She asked 15 minutes later what colors I would be interested in. I left with photos of two leathers in colors that would be an option. Crickets. No follow up call or e-mail with other options or suggestions. I need other furniture for other rooms and will go elsewhere for everything. FYI you cannot take delivery of items at the Rocklin store. You can pay for delivery or go to West Sac for pickup.
