Amy, who is the manager and .y neighbor suggested I come in and try a different mattress even though mine was just under a year old. She had me try several mattresses and made sure I tried different positions and had me lay on each one for awhile to see if I developed any pressure points. I loved the Tempur lux adapt mattress. It was impossible to find a position that wasn't comfortable. She knew I didn't want to spend that amount, and never made me feel pressured or pushed me towards a specific mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the various constructions and the warranty for each mattress I liked. I ended up buying the tempur pedicure with the adjustable base. She followed up with me several times to .are sure I liked it. I don't like it, I LOVE it! I use the adjustable feature every night and sleep through the night which I haven't done in years. ("corporate policy") Then was told if any damage happens to the sectional while Husband and wife try moving it in the house would void the warranty. ("Corporate policy") Hey, Big Lots! Please do better in the future! Keep in mind, We are not movers, that is why we were willing to pay for delivery. Don't take our money and tell us you cant move inside after the fact. Don't make us wait weeks for a ottoman when you have one in the next town. They are 100% cotton, and they have strong elastic straps for each corner. They do not pop off the corners like my old sheets did. They're the first sheets that actually fit the depth of the mattress. They are made by Dream Fit and only come in neutral colors (white and ivory). A full set is $70. I highly recommend them if you've struggled to find sheets that work well with a thick mattress. The staff has been very helpful, as well.
