They offered to order a new one but would have take our chair back and it would be 8-12 weeks until new chair arrived!!! Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store!

I was looking for a lift chair, and sat in several different chairs, which I also had done previously at a different store. They were all smooth and quite when changing positions. I also found another chair that would work well with the lift chair. Once the delivery people left, I tried the lift chair. I notice right away sounds and movement when putting the feet out, that I NEVER heard from any of the other chairs I tried in the store, including the same one I purchased. I called to have the chair serviced and the tech. said there was nothing wrong with it, and they all made similar noises and movements, which was not my experience with any of the chairs I tested at either store, but he would have the store call me that day or the next day. Several days later, with NO call from the store I called them. Of course, the umber you dial goes to a different location, and they would have them call me back. When I got that call from Michelle, she told me lift chairs could not be returned, and the tech said there was not a problem. Again, I did not hear the noise or the motion on any of the chairs I tried, so she said the store would call me later. It was the next day when they called me back, again repeating the same thing the others said. I just hung up on that person, but I will NEVER step foot in another Levin store again. They had NO problem taking my money!!!

We were in the area for a night and close by so I had to make a stop in. You could definitely spend a long time in this store. However it is laid out pretty well as far as being able to find what you are looking for. They sell everything from furniture to home decor to food and even wine and beer. Plus you can always find unique small items that can make great gifts. We did browse the wine and beer section. They had some decent deals. I also appreciated seeing several Ohio craft breweries included in the offerings. One of the best parts about World Market is the candy and snacks. You can find lots of traditional favorites. However the best part is how many options you can find from other countries or just unique flavors. It's so much fun to see the huge variety offered. Spices are another great bet here. They have pretty good prices. There are always some unique seasoning blends available. If you are in the area definitely check out World Market. You never know what you will find.

Finally they called back the next day to inform me someone from their warranty department would be in touch. I am still waiting on that call. At this point I am no longer satisfied with my purchase. It took so long because the employee and manager were morons and didn't know anything. The next day we were told they couldn't get the couch in the leather we wanted. We went back and spent another 1 1/2 hrs to get it figured out. 2 days later we were told that they couldn't get the couch in the electric recline so we cancelled the couch. We took a sample of the leather for the recliners to another store to get buy a couch and make sure it went with the recliners. A month later they called and said they couldn't get the leather we wanted for the recliners. I tried to call numerous numbers to complain and finally found a number that someone answered. All we were told was to talk to the store manager. I said hell no because he was the moron that caused all this. I cancelled the complete order which was $11,000. Then we were told that if we wanted our money back for the leather protector they gave us ($43) we need to bring it back in. I said after all this you're worried about a $43 box of leather protector that you never told us you charged us for because you just handed it to us. He said yeah. NEVER AGAIN!!! Then the wrong size bed frame was delivered, then the next delivery the headboard was cracked and the nightstand ports did not work. After that the people never showed up when they were supposed to pick up and/or repair the damaged items . He finally decided to return all the items and they did not show up when they were supposed to either. Very poorly run company and warehouse , and would never buy from them again.

Also when they delivered my couch the first time movers messed it up and took a whole month to replace it and all they did to compensate me was give me a $150 store credit when I already didn't want anything else from them I just wanted them to take the 150 off my purchase and they wouldn't. Completely dishonest company!
