I have held off writing this review in order to give Bedrosians every opportunity to do the right thing and resolve the issue ethically. It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project. This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians: * We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn't even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn't deliver until the following week. That doesn't work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day. * Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn't save us from the next issue! * LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters. Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile). Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won't go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else. read more

From my wife: If you want your questions answered in a respectful, courteous manner go somewhere else, there are lot's of places to buy tile. I read the reviews of poor customer service prior to going in but decided ti go in after my contractor said the tile I wanted was in stock. I walked up to the desk with my tile sample to order and the young woman, Aurora, rolled her eyes at me and acted like helping me was ruining her whole day. Her tone in speaking to when answering my questions was very rude. I don't know anything about tile, so it's normal to have questions and ask for information and she could not be bothered ti answer them in a helpful way. Another woman started helping me and when I finished my purchase I expressed my frustration and disappointment in the customer service especially from Aurora. The woman apologized and said they were short staffed (there was only me and one other person being helped and 3 sales people) and the girl was new. I told her I had seen the reviews of their poor service and told her that I'd be writing a similar review based on my experience. They have multiple bad reviews on their customer service, and it doesn't seem to be something they care enough to do anything about. Do NOT recommend. read more

We came by to check out the slab gallery and they had so many incredible options. They had so much diversity in their slabs and they get shipments twice a week! The employees were very helpful but I loved that most slabs were clearly labeled with their grade and price by square foot. You can easily tell how many slabs they have from the same series which makes things very nice. We went to a few other slab galleries in the area but this was our favorite by far! read more

We got beautiful granite from here five years ago for our kitchen. It still looks brand new. It took us several visits to decide on the stone, but they weren't impatient or pushy. Horrible service! I had placed 2 marble slabs on hold, paid a $7500 deposit to do that, and they were later sold to someone else! I did not find this out for months. It was only when I went there to show them to my decorator and they tried to pass off 2 other slabs as the ones I had on hold. I had photos of the ones on hold, and they were clearly not the same. Also, the ones they tried to pass off on me had pockmarked holes all over them, and were clearly damaged. The sales person was embarrassed, but had no explanation of why mine had not remained on hold. They did refund my deposit, but now that I'm ready for them to be installed, I have to start all over again ... and there are none to look at for weeks. Shameful business practices. read more

This company is absolutely terrible We gave them a huge order of tile they were holding for us we sent our tile installers to pick it up and they cancelled the order and never told us or our clients. We build custom homes and the past 2 jobs bedrosians has been a disaster. Excellent initial service when we ordered our tile with the explicit guarantee from their salesperson that the custom order could be returned with a 20% restocking fee(same verbiage included on the invoice form). We ended up with 2 extra boxes of tile not used in the remodel, attempted to return to the excess amount and the store manager, Michelle, denied that we could return our excess portion. Despite the fact her employee had used that guarantee as incentive for the initial sale and the Bedrosians invoice clearly indicates the 20% restocking fee, we were told the employee who made that claim no longer worked at Bedrosians and the invoice was no longer valid. We were treated very unprofessionally by Michelle and the Bedrosians staff. Beware of Bedrosians! read more

I came in to look at tile for kitchen backsplash. I had read reviews so I expected to help myself and come in and out. The reviews did not match my experience at all. I was greeted when I walked in. I asked where a specific tile was and Erica walked me back to it. She asked what I was looking for and helped me lay out tile and brainstorm how to make it work in my space. She offered to let me take home for free. She looked up pictures on the internet to show me some ideas and got out the tape measure to troubleshoot the layout. She was so so helpful. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend coming in. read more

I am in the middle of remodeling a condo I purchased. It is completely gutted and needs everything. We started putting together the bathrooms and my son sent me to Bedrosian to chose tile. It was so overwhelming trying to figure out where to start and what colors to chose but the people at Bedrosian made it a fun experience. Not only was everyone I met extremely kind but I dealt with Corey and theresa. Who went the extra mile for me. Corey helped me with my order so that it was perfect -- which meant he worked hard at taking the order off my son's credit card -- my son picked up the order for me and I had not paid for it -- and putting the order on mine. He took tile out of my car that needed to be returned and he stayed late to finish my order so that I could get my tile in time to finish my bathrooms early. He did all of this without a hint of irritation. He treated me like mine was the most important order taken that day. I felt very taken care of with him Theresa helped me with color choices and took down or brought out every piece of tile I thought I might like. She was gracious and wouldn't let me help her put things back. With her help and sense of humor I will have two amazing bathrooms. This place is not for the retail consumer. I had a similar experience as others -- walking through the showroom for quite some time, being completely ignored by staff. I have visited twice looking for ideas for a bathroom installation. After finally choosing the the items I wanted, I had to interrupt a conversation at the desk to ask for help. I showed the staff what I wanted and the measurements I had taken. She proceeded to show me around the store and show me things I did not want and did not express an interest in. She didn't offer me any opportunity to purchase the tile and stone I wanted. When she handed me cards of people I "should call for help" I walked. read more

This place lacks customer service. I was switched to 4 different sales reps within my first 20 minutes of being here. The first rep has only been on the job for 2 weeks and was of little help. The second rep wasn't much better. I asked for a sample and waited for her for several minutes to find her gossiping with another staff member about another staff member. When I approached her she continued talking with the other employee like I wasn't even there. Finally when it was convenient for her to finish her conversation, she said she was going to get someone else to assist me, because she didn't know much about the type of stone I was looking for. The third rep was great and very knowledgeable. I believed she worked in the design center. She took me around and helped me pick out some great tile. Everything we looked at she said was in stock. As were talking, we were soon interrupted by a lady named Christi who was now going to be helping me. From her forced fake smile, I knew it was time to leave. She was rude, lifeless and seemed like she hated her job with a passion. We finally get to checkout and come to find out, everything I needed was out of stock. To make a long story short, I was not impressed of the lack of customer service as well as the employees not being knowledgeable about the product. I highly recommend Arizona Title! It is really upsetting to visit a supply warehouse where virtually every product is out of stock. But they promise they can get what you want from their California but never do. First off, if I were giving my review based solely on the person that helped us then it would be a 5 star for sure but this review is for the whole company as well. I am giving a 4 star only because my first experience coming in to Bedrosians, I felt like the customer service was lacking and I felt like I was being profiled because of my age that we were not a customer to take serious - they didn't approach us for assistance, I had to seek them out and at that time the boy behind the counter gave minimal help. The second time we came in however was a totally different story. We were approached by a lady about 15 min after arriving and she started helping us by grabbing samples. Then when we started asking for more advise and direction she lined us up with Terry Bayerlein, one of the designers. Terry was absolutely wonderful! She was everything we needed. I am very indecisive and need someone to give honest feedback on if something goes or not and she did just that, she asked about the direction we wanted to go and then from there she gave us suggestions I would never have considered before but loved. She was very helpful in the sense that I did not feel profiled and when I told her our budget per sq ft she went through all avenues she could to assist us in finding something that would work in that range. She pulled samples and gave us enough options to feel like we had a nice selection to choose from but not so many that we would get overwhelmed. We spent about 3 hours with her and we appreciated every minute of it. She gave us her card at the end as we left with all of our tile samples so we could call her with questions and I ended up calling her the next week and she helped me recall a sample that we were talking about but I did not take with me. She made the difference when it came to how I felt about their customer service when I first went in to now give the company a 4 star instead of a 2 star. read more
