I (Irene) still haven't received the queen size bed and free tablet and free pillows ..I ordered on 05/16/2014 The store keeps telling me it's on the truck coming from Portland No matter when you call their phone it goes straight to full mail box call again later... no one ever answers! Sold a bed as a "closeout deal" that was instead a return. Also removed the mattress tag before delivery.

I would not shop here i was quoted the wrong price for the bed when i caught him in the lie he got all defensive. I dont think people should lie.You should beware. read more

Really disappointed in my experience with Beds 4 Less. I ordered my new bed during the Home and Garden show in early May. They offered a wicked great deal if I ordered that weekend so I did, even though I couldn't accept delivery until a few weeks later (when I moved into my new house). I called them a few days prior to move in and they said the bed hadn't been ordered. Ok. Probably a miscommunication. So I put down an additional deposit (I had already put down some $ when I initially placed the order) and my bed was now ordered but there was no way it would be there on move in day. Ok. No worries, I could sleep on an air mattress for a few days. After 6 weeks and repeated phone calls where I was promised my bed was on a truck and would be there in a few days, I finally decided to go into the store to see what the hell was up. Jim said 'Oh, i've been meaning to call you. The bed you ordered has been discontinued.' Seriously? Discontinued. Think you could have called to tell me that since I've been calling you at least once a week for the last 4 weeks? In the end, I got a different bed for a decent discount and they delivered a few hours later. Jim said 'Don't hate me'. Well, you know what? a month on an air mattress and several broken promises makes me a little grumpy. I don't hate you but I certainly can't recommend you. This is probably a fine establishment if you buy something they have in stock and they deliver it the same day. But I certainly won't shop here again. read more

I have purchased two mattresses from this business and have had the best customer service! Our second mattress was faulty (acknowledged by the manufacturer) and Beds 4 Less went out of their way to help me return the mattress to the Valley and get it fixed and then helped me get it back home. Beds4less sold us a bed with a one-year warranty and a one-year comfort guaranty. When the bed began to break down, we went back and asked about the warranty. He said we would have to pay MORE for another replacement bed since he had NONE of those priced beds available. When you look at their Facebook page or Craigslist you can see that they DO have beds for HALF the price we paid for ours and this guy is still trying to rip us off for more money. We are going to call our lawyer, KTVZ news station AND the Bend Bulletin. We have already saved print screens and other info to prove what these people are doing, and to this so-called manager... It would help if you actually took care of your customers when they come in and tell you they have a problem. Then, maybe this wouldn't happen to you. Good luck going out of business when Bend hears how you treat locals, especially a pregnant one!!! read more

We do not sell returned beds or remove tags from our mattresses. Once again, we have never recieved or call or spoken to someone about this type of issue. I've never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered my mattress set and was told it'd be in if not that weekend, the following week. Without call or explanation, my mattress wasn't delivered until two weeks later. Not such a big deal, except they delivered the wrong mattress in the wrong size, only telling me the wrong size had been ordered. The man making the delivery (the owner?!) was rude, and had no help to move the mattress inside, even though I had told him I had a baby and couldn't help. My neighbors helped out, and wouldn't you know, contrary to all the guy's grumbling, it fit up the stairs. I had to buy new sheets, and wait for the correct mattress to be delivered. They never told me when I could expect my new mattress. Two weeks later, they showed up with the right mattress, but they hadn't ordered a box spring and gave me a floor model, "until mine came in." The frame they'd given me with the first delivery also didn't fit the size mattress I had ordered, so I was left with no frame, a floor model box spring, and (finally) the correct mattress. I waited over a full month for my box spring and bed frame. I called once a week, since I placed my order, every time being told my order was "on the truck" and would be there in the next day or two (though they never asked me my name or seemed to look up my order when I called). I never received a call when the truck mysteriously didn't arrive, or my order wasn't on it. After waiting a full two months for my complete order to arrive, and being lied to on the phone every time I called, I canceled the order for the bed frame, kept the box spring I have, and will never do business with these guys ever again. read more

I gave them 1 star because I couldn't rate them any lower than that unfortunately!!! They were rude, unhelpful and 3 weeks after I paid for the bed it still hadn't arrived to my home. Then they gave me the run around when I asked for a refund telling me that they needed the accountant to sign it but it would be ready the next day. I drive the hour back to the store, NO CHECK!! The guy I spoke to told me he was the owner and he needed to accountant to write me a check. Even though I paid cash, he said there was no money in the register to give me a refund. He promised he would mail me the check. I even called the next day and I was promised the check was mailed off. A week later no check. My mom finally called and told them she wanted the money and they had the check ready that same day. It just so happened the guy who told me he had to wait for the accountant to write the check was the one who signed and handed it over to my mother!!! Oh and that check they supposedly sent in the mail to me... its been almost 2 weeks and surprise surprise it never arrived!! They have the worst business ethics ever!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

attempted to shop for bed only to witness the guys working dismantling a foam bed and using an upholstery cleaner to remove what I could only assume was bodily fluid stains out of the cover returned after a slice of pizza next door to find the mattress being bagged up for delivery. appalling and inexcusable business practice. read more
