He provided me with a few options, and we soon agreed on what was needed. Ian, the manager, also very kind and professional set up an installation the very next day. David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. Through the years one thing has been very consistent at scholzen products. The service is poor. Despite short lines, it takes very long to get any help. When you do finally get helped you walk away feeling like you've severely inconvenienced the employee who "helped" you. Also, I've never one had help loading, it hasn't even been offered. It doesn't matter how big my order is. One time I picked up over $800 in sewer pipe and the guy said, "well, you know where all that stuff is". I wouldn't shop there anymore if it weren't for the fact that scholzen products has a little bit of a monopoly in this are for certain things. I'd recommend you do like I do, go there as little as possible until somebody else comes to town you can use instead.

They sent him to me and the rest is history. He was here on schedule replaced the top in just a few minutes. I want you to know it was a wonderful experience for me as I have had serious problems with another company that could care less about taking care of another problem which is under warranty. They set up an appointment for the same day and came out within the window given. Levi quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be an item under warranty. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.
