By the time we arrived at the store, she had a plan to share and multiple suggestions of how to arrange the room. There turned out to be many delays but each time we were called before the delivery date and told of the delay. They even offered a different mattress that was available and if we didn't end up liking it we could swap it out for the one we ordered. We decided to wait. It ended up taking a couple of months to get the mattress but Julie called each time there was a delay. When the mattress did come in Julie included a set of king cooling sheets as a thank you for waiting. The delays weren't their fault, they kept us informed, and did more than they had to when the mattress did arrive. That is customer service.

Dana explained because he sells them so reasonable he is able to sell a whole lot more than he ever imagined.
