Wanting to share this amazing and compassionate company. All Paws is a part of Meadow Lawn cemetery…read moreand they give the same high standards of care towards your pets as they do for people who pass away. They have an assigned person who will compassionately walk with you and guiding through the planning of your pets last journey. Today I called and they immediately and without hesitation went to pickup Bruce and take him to their facility. They give your pet so much respect and attention in death and process. All with kind and soft spoken words. Their facility is clean and held to the same standards as if your loved one was being cremated. I've peeked into other cremation facilities and questioned the care and cleanliness of other crematoriums and always felt uneasy, but not with All Paws. I also wanted to add that I was called for every step they took w/retrieving my boy and assured that he will be back with me in a day or so.

We recently lost our sweet girl at 17 years old. Her passing was sudden and felt as though it…read morehappened overnight. Needless to say, I had to utilize their 24/7 phone line, where I was assisted by a kind and empathetic woman who informed me that a director would be reaching out. The only drawback of my experience occurred during my next interaction with the director, shortly after disconnecting from the 24/7 line. The director explained the process and asked whether I had access to a cold space or ice to place around her in the event she needed to be picked up the following day. Given the sensitivity of the moment and how little time we had to process the loss, this question honestly caught me off guard. However, the director quickly contacted the overnight team and let me know they would follow up to confirm whether a pickup would be possible. Almost immediately after my call with the director ended, a member of the overnight team contacted me. I was guided to review the service packages available on their website and told that once a selection was made, they would call back. After taking some time to decide which option best suited our family, they followed up and discussed the choice of either dropping her off or scheduling a pickup. As a family, we decided to bring her in ourselves. The drive was only about 20 minutes, though it felt much longer. The gentleman who came out to receive her gave us time to say our goodbyes and even offered to return the blanket she was wrapped in, as my daughter held onto her tightly--understandably not wanting to let go. We shared our final moments, ending with a kiss on her head before she was taken inside. We were very grateful for the compassion and patience he showed us during such a difficult moment. We were initially told it would take a few days before she would be ready to come home, so it was a great relief when we received a call the very next day letting us know she was ready, along with her paw prints. When I arrived to pick her up, I was greeted by the family service counselor who was incredibly empathetic and took the time to thoroughly explain her ashes, how to care for them, and how to preserve her paw impressions--though I did feel the prints themselves may have been a bit rushed. Overall, we are extremely appreciative of the prompt turnaround and the ability to bring her back home before the end of the year. Despite the emotional difficulty of the experience, we are grateful for the care and compassion shown to our family during such a heartbreaking time.

I'm honestly glad to see so many people here had such a great experience with this company…read more Mine was not a good one, so I feel it's necessary to at least put a warning here so others may possibly avoid adding even more stress and sadness to an already traumatic experience. If you're going to use the services of Rainbow Bridge, please consider the following advice.... 1). If your pet passes away at your vet's office, PLEASE PLEASE make sure they call Rainbow Bridge to make sure they're available before leaving your beloved pet. I know their website/reading material promises too pick them up on the same day----sometimes "within hours".....but my baby was left waiting in the office for five days. She died on a Thursday at 8am, and they didn't pick her up until Monday late afternoon. My vet is absolutely amazing, but he's also a 'country' vet, so I'm pretty sure her remains weren't handled with the dignity RB promises I never, EVER would have left her there had I known it would be so long. 2). Do NOT expect any communication from Rainbow Bridge regarding the status of your pet. Not when they pick them up, not when they're done, not why they're so late....nothing. Be sure to keep their phone number on hand. 3). Do not expect to receive your pet within the seven day promised window....and as stated above....do not expect to any communication from them as to why there is a delay, or when she will be ready to come home. I was finally able to get in touch with someone at the office on day 13. 4). Do not expect any of the personal attention promised in the paperwork. The lady I was finally able to speak to in the office, didn't recognize or remember my baby, and even worse, know where she currently was or when she would be returned to my vet for pick up. This was day 13! She did call back later to let me know they were dropping her off later that afternoon. 5.) *****DO NOT LEAVE THE VETS OFFICE BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR OWN HAIR SAMPLE AND PAW-PRINT IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU (AS IT WAS FOR ME) BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU PUT IT ON THE TICKET AND PAY THE EXTRA FEES FOR THIS PROMISED SERVICE, IT MAY NOT GET DONE! I wanted this! It was sooo important to me! I paid the extra fees for both services and had my vet put it on the ticket in BOLD letters and underlined so it would be done! What I got back? A paper bag with a teeny, tiny tin can and two crumpled, wrinkled up papers. One, the 'certificate of cremation', and the other instructions on what to do with the ashes. NO paw print NO hair clipping When my vet called asking about the missing items, they first tried to make excuses as to why it wasn't done, and then finally admitted it "just wasn't." 6). If they do mess up something so important to you you're literally crying in the vet's office while holding the bag of your 18y/o beloved pet...don't expect them to even attempt to reach out to you to apologize, or to in any way, shape, or form, take responsibility for missing such an important detail. Good luck. I hope you have a better experience than we did. Something like this is just too important to leave in the wrong hands.

I didn't have my head straight when we discovered baby girl had passed and chose the first place for cremation on Google, which was a certain animal hospital that when we got there said we would get her back in a month. After a few days my husband and I decided that that was too long and we found eternal waters online, watched the video of the process and liked that it was more environmentally friendly than traditional cremation. And the fact that my baby girl loved swimming in lakes and beaches seemed like this was meant to be. Thank goodness they offer pickup from the other clinic we had her at. That would've been tough for us to do. Lilia was super sweet and understanding even with my weird request of sending me a photo of Lucy to make sure the right dog was picked up. But thank goodness she suggested me sending her a photo of Lucy so she can confirm during the pickup. That made it a lot less painful. She texted me immediately on pick up that it was 100% my baby girl. Told it would take about a week but it ended up being 2 weeks. It was worth it with all of the extra things we got to keep in her memory. I had asked for an impression of her front 2 paws, one of her feet became deformed as she got older, a single paw print, a nose print, and her different colors of fur in a jar which I was really impressed she got all of the colors because I had just groomed my baby before she passed and her fur was short. I will take my future babies and recommend them to people in the future. She was so kind and understanding during one of our hardest losses. Thank you!

A lot of things happened and a lot to say but most devastating is the fact that our baby (dog) was returned to us with a cats microchip. The cats Mom didn't even know hercat was at this location in Converse since her cat passed in Dallas! This place is a scam with other companies involved. They are unempathetic and uncaring and have refused to answer my questions regarding my babies remains, the cats microchip and everything else all they want to say is do you want a refund or not? and we gave you a refund. The cats mom was offered a drawing to make up for it. Really!!??A refund does not take away the agonizing uncertainty about what happened to our Baby of 18 years that we trusted to them! I am positive all good reviews are fake! They even shutdown their facebook page when I wrote a truthful, bad review. I warn you do not trust this place with your babies! I am happy to share more details with anyone who is interested. Recently heard from some others that used this business and had issues as well. Their truth will come out too.

From the moment we arrived, the staff acted quickly and immediately took him to the back while helping me complete the necessary paperwork. I was extremely distraught, and I truly appreciated how one of the staff members took the time to sit with me and help calm me down. Everyone I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring during such a scary situation. Our visit did take several hours since they wanted to monitor him closely throughout the day, but I appreciated that the team checked in with me about every hour to provide updates on how he was doing. Those updates meant a lot and helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Gonzalez was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything. Thankfully, they didn't find anything concerning during his evaluation and recommended that we follow up with our regular veterinarian for continued care. I hope I never have another emergency, but I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team for treating my dog with such excellent care and for showing me so much kindness during one of the most stressful days I've experienced as a pet owner. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

I had to bring my dog on Memorial Day weekend after I noticed that he was lethargic, had nausea,…read moreand was refusing for which was very out of character. We rushed over on a Saturday and I truly appreciate how quickly the tech's triaged him and did not dismiss his case even though he was presenting normal except for a fever and abdominal pain. I was worried that he was going to be dismissed since it had only been a few hours since he started to act strange but I know my dog so well and I know something was very wrong. The doctor let me know that they suspected pancreatitis but there was no ultrasonographer to confirm until Tuesday. He was started on meds to control pain, nausea, and try to get an appetite but he kept getting worse and they decided to have him stay overnight. Sunday they called that they were going to start on NG tube, antibiotics since he had fluid in his abdomen, and continue to monitor. They still said they needed the ultrasound for pancreatitis and I asked why not the blood test but they said they needed ultrasound which I still don't understand why it couldn't be the blood work. Monday they called and let me know he was in sepsis and the fluid had bacteria and he needed surgery but because of the holiday there was no surgeon available and I needed to transfer to blue pearl since they had someone on call. I rushed over and took him over there and I was so grateful that they had me switch because the care we received at blue pearl was phenomenal compared to here. I appreciate that the doctor started him on antibiotics early and was treating him the same way a confirmed case of pancreatitis would be treated because I feel that helped save his life. My main frustration is that they had no doctors in to help him because of the holiday from Saturday all the way to Tuesday. It was very frustrating to take a dog for emergency care to an emergency hospital and pay a ton of money to not have the doctors he needs available especially when quick care can make the difference of him living or not. I will be taking all my pets to blue pearl instead of here because of how amazing they were and that they had staff that could provide timely care.
