Firstly, I want to thank Heavenly Paws for their compassion and tender care of our beloved dog Lucy. We requested an at-home end of life service to help our sweet old girl (16 yrs) to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Gibson came to our home and was very thoughtful, gracious and kind. She gave us all the time we needed to cuddle and hold our beloved, was supportive and made the transition peaceful and painless for our girl. It was beautiful how tender she was and how thoughtfully Lucy was wrapped and bundled into a warm blanket and was put into the vehicle to be transported to Heavenly Paws for a private cremation. The entire time we were able to track our girl on their site from being dropped off to being prepared for cremation and to it's completion. It was comforting to know what was happening the whole time. Heavenly Paws has given us so much peace of mind knowing our wonderful, loyal girl was treated with such respect and her final details were graciously taken care of. We got the full package that included the in-house Vet at our home for end of life injections, the cremation, our choice of Urn, a shadow box with Lucy's paw print and her name, and fur trimmings in a keep sake bag. We had also made plans with them for our very ill 20 year old boy cat who was also helped across the Rainbow Bridge by Heavenly Paws. The timing that he got so sick so soon after our dog was beyond the heartache we expected. He was treated with the upmost respect and care by Dr Gibson and because we were experiencing so much loss in a few days, I cannot put into words how meaningful it was to be treated so tenderly and with understanding of our grief by Dr. Gibson. Our precious little boy cat came back to us in his little urn so carefully prepared, his shadow box with his little paw print in plaster and his name below. The keepsakes are glorious, everything a fine boy deserved, it was there. Our dear Lucy and our dear precious boy cat were hand delivered back to us and it was just as thoughtful. The kind man who brought them to us was so caring and said lovely words of comfort. There really are not enough words to express our deep gratitude to the way everything was handled. We are so glad we chose Heavenly Paws for their at home end of life options and cremation. Their attention to every single detail and the compassion each person involved gave us will never be forgotten. I lost my best friend, my baby Princessa, a 16 y/o Chihuahua mix that I had since I was 6, to renal failure on 12/13/18. Flooded with overwhelming grief and heartbreak from realizing that it was my pups time to move on, along with the guilt of making the decision to put her to rest due to her loss of motor function, bowel control, and desire to eat was just soul crippling. The last thing I needed worry about was her aftercare services as I was engulfed by the despair of losing a family member. From the first phone call inquiry to receiving my baby's ashes, clay paw print, and fur trimmings, the whole process was amazing. Our kitty, Tyson was with us for 15 years, On Wednesday, 07/17 he passed away suddenly. The start of our positive experience with Heavenly Paws of Texas started at 7 am with Lynette giving us a call. We were going to just head out to New Braunfels just to 'walk in' to speak with HPIH to have our Tyson cremated. It was great to know that she answered my wifes email from night before, to come in and get Tyson taken care of. We took the hour drive from San Antonio, enjoying our last car ride with Tyson, and got to the facility in New Braunfels. Lynette greeted us as we entered the building. We both felt the heartwarming welcome she gave my wife and I. She took us in a quiet room, and spoke to us about Tyson. She wanted to know everything about him, and wanted tidbits of Tyson that made him special to us. It was very heartwarming, and the way she kickstarted our grieving process. Lynette is very caring and very consoling. The services are very top notch. The teal colored clay paw print along wth a Crystal stone color of your choice was very well made, and is a very nice keepsake. She also made us a paper paper paw print in a frame. The box is very nice, and mind you, this is just the 'generic' box they give you with the cremation. You have choice of ordering another urn if you choose to. We took Tyson in on Thursday morning, and she notified us that he would be ready to be picked up the afternoon. I ended up picking him up on Friday, so Tyson would be home with us. This was a highly experience that we had with Heavenly Paws of Texas, Lynette and her staff. Everything was a highlight at Heavenly Paws except my broken heart. When I called to speak with Lynette for the first time I thought that I was information-seeking only. 2 days later I was sitting in their beautiful office speaking with two very compassionate and empathetic people to make this process much easier than I dreamed it could ever be. I chose Heavenly Paws based on word-of-mouth recommendations as well as social media reviews. Everything that I had been told and read about was spot-on accurate. The process was explained, the options they offered were made clear and then the heart holding throughout the process was delivered. Everything was transparent and Lynette and Seth continually asked if I had any questions along the way. The facility is clean and intended to be completely available to their customers, who by the way feel like family before you leave. It's impossible to put into words how much we appreciate Lynette and what Heavenly Paws did for us. We lost my furbaby Finnegan 3 years ago exactly, and at the time we had buried him in our grief-stricken state. Ever since then, I have regretted that decision, but I thought it was a hopeless case. Now we are in the process of possibly moving out of the area, and my heart was torn apart thinking that my baby would be left behind in the Texas dirt. I contacted Lynette desperate, but worried that nothing could be done. She was so kind and willing to take on our case. The hardest part was having to exhuming the body and reliving all those emotions. But Lynette was so kind and reassuring at the office, and we got to share stories about Finny's life and find a true kindred spirit with her. She did so much for us and our baby, and gave him back to us in such a beautiful way so he can always be with us not just in our hearts, but in our home again. Not only did we receive the customized box to carry him in, she even did a recreation of his paw print. We have so much love and respect for the team who worked so hard to bring our baby back to us. Heavenly Paws has taken care of two of our fur babies. Both animals died at home. My son was devastated at the loss of his cat (6 years ago) and wanted to make sure he was cremated individually. The staff at HP was so kind and considerate, and acted with sensitivity. Last week my great Pyrenees died in his sleep. It was after hours so I left a message and they got back to me first thing in the morning and were there by 11 AM to pick up Odie. that was on Tuesday, I received his ashes back on Monday afternoon. Again, I asked for individual cremation. The gentleman who came to pick him up was sensitive and caring and very polite and professional. Everyone I interacted with here was just wonderful and we did not have to wait an unreasonable length of time like someone else who left a review experienced. I highly recommend them. This place is AMAZING! I am speechless and blown away at the love and compassion Lynette and her team have for pets that have passed. When we were told that we could see the whole process my husband and I made the decision to be there and it was BEAUTIFUL and a million times more than what we imagined. Our Bella looked so beautiful and was taken care of by a team of people who love what they do and you can just feel it and see it. I want everyone to do this! My good girl Riley died late on a Friday afternoon. By the time I got her body into the truck (she weighed more than 90 pounds), the crematory I usually used was closed. I called and left a message, but through my own error, called Heavenly Paws instead of the usual one. Lynette called me back on Saturday, and assured me that HP would take care of her that day, even though they were actually closed. Then, through my own error, I drove to the wrong place and it took me some time to figure out - because of Lynette's worried calls to me - that I had made a mistake. Once I got to HP, the service could not have been kinder, more gracious, or more efficient. Later, after I picked up Riley from HP, I noticed a small error in the date on the box. I returned to HP and they immediately gave me a new box with a new plate. I can't say enough about the thoughtfulness and kindness of HP. read more

My heart is forever SO VERY GRATEFUL to the wonderful team at Heavenly Paws of Texas here in New Braunfels! I have never experienced a loss of a pet until I lost my Sweet Bentley two weeks ago, and I can say wholeheartedly that Lynette, Rene, and Heidi are Angels here on earth that helped me in ways that I can never explain. Heavenly Paws was amazing! I had to say sweet dreams to my best friend of 8 years. I was devastated. I spoke with Lynette and absolutely loved hearing her say "your baby" rather than your pet or dog. They know how much your animals mean to them! They gave me so much comfort that she was going to be taken care of! My Colbie was given back to me and I couldn't have been more at peace because of the beautiful paw print, the beautiful box her ashes came in with a personalized plate. Eleven years ago I rescued a baby rottweiler . This animal turned out to be the most amazing dog ever. She kept my mom so calm as she struggled with dementia. She made sure my house was safe at night....as I always felt nervous being alone with my sick mom. My Jewel got bone cancer and she had to be put down to end her suffering. I absolutely lost it that day. My vets office recommended Heavenly Paws. A week later I got her ashes in beautiful box with her name on it, a little bag with some of her fur, and mold of her paw in a shadow box. These items made me feel so comforted and grateful such good care was taken with my baby. Our cat Spirit passed away last week after having a hard time breathing. She had an enlarged heart. We took her to the Blue Pearl pet hospital so she may pass away in comfort and love surrounded by our family. We had her for two years after adopting her when she was rescued and brought to a Antonio shelter from Hurricane Harvey. She was the sweetest cat ever. It's as if she was grateful we adopted her. I'm grateful we got to experience her love and companionship. We gave her all the love while she was with us. This was my first pet that passed away. At a time when our family was grieving for a member of our family, we were very happy with the wooden urn. We didn't know what to expect, thinking before opening the urn that her ashes would just be thrown in there... much to our suprise- her ashes were in a plastic baggie inside of a beautiful cloth bag with the rainbow poem. It also had some clippings of her hair as well as a paw print. The wooden box also had her name on it, although it was quite expensive... I don't regret having it done for a dog so deserving as our Lil Red. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. read more
