Due to having a Yellow Jacket nest at my back door, I was in need of an exterminator. This being a…read moreholiday week, I was having a difficult time locating one who would come to my house that day. The Pest Detectives saved my day and said they would be over. Needless to say, their quick response meant a lot to me. They arrived pretty quickly and took care of the Yellow Jacket problem. Travis and Matt are both very nice and polite men. The victim in the situation simply poured water on the ground ground, and the man in the work truck yelled At him for it with intentions of humiliating him I guess?..and followed him into the store yelling. INSANE! If you're going to act that way..maybe don't do it in your work truck. Unprofessional and crazy!

So random crazy encounter with one of the workers for this company. We were at a Bojangles just now…read moreand were told to pull forward for a 6 minute wait for pur food. No problem. My husband and i pulled up and started to watch a video on YouTube for a couple minutes when a Ford work truck honked at us. he pulled up beside up and started yelling at us to pull forward. he then pulled forward himself, put the vehicle in park and got out and started yelling at my husband for about 2 mintues (in his work shirt!) before getting in his truck and leaving. He sounded crazy and was talking about how he was doing the right thing because he was an American. There was absolutely no reason for his belligerent outburst. I would never use this company with employees like that. Imagine him in your home or place of business!!

I paid for services they were supposed to come back every month or 6 months then every 2 months…read moreafter the first 6 months. My pest problem is still persistent with no relief. I have called and complained several times each time they tell me a technician will get back to me but a month later still nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only good experience I received was meeting their technician Matt he is the nicest guy out there.
