Due to having a Yellow Jacket nest at my back door, I was in need of an exterminator. Needless to say, their quick response meant a lot to me. They arrived pretty quickly and took care of the Yellow Jacket problem. Travis and Matt are both very nice and polite men. My husband and i pulled up and started to watch a video on YouTube for a couple minutes when a Ford work truck honked at us. he pulled up beside up and started yelling at us to pull forward. he then pulled forward himself, put the vehicle in park and got out and started yelling at my husband for about 2 mintues (in his work shirt!) before getting in his truck and leaving. He sounded crazy and was talking about how he was doing the right thing because he was an American. There was absolutely no reason for his belligerent outburst. I would never use this company with employees like that. Imagine him in your home or place of business!!

I have called and complained several times each time they tell me a technician will get back to me but a month later still nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Orkin didn't install Ridge Guard screens on the first of the two houses that we had them treat for…read moremice. When I asked the branch manager Nathan Hastings why they did on the second house but not the first, he said "because of the pitch" of the roof. My response to him was, "It might be too steep for your men, but not for mice. We paid $22,000 for mouse exclusion and you leave the ridge vents open for mice to enter?" So if you have a roof with a 12/12 pitch, Orkin might not disclose that they will seal all other mouse entry points but not the ridge vents. The second house had a 1980-sq. ft. attic, and the mouse treatment was $22,950. They also treated both houses for termites at $4,000 each house. Matthew Calvin and Sid Way were very knowledgeable, and I give them special thanks for teaching me and sharing their expertise. The 2-stars rating is for being way overpriced.
